A real winter campsite.
The site entrance is well secured. The sanitary facilities can be opened with a code and are clean. There is a restaurant, but in July there was nothing going on on the site. The pitches (approx. 4 Womos) are suitable for winter, but not so pleasant in summer. Always depends on your requirements. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also in the restaurant. My grade 3

The site is located directly at the Doubs spring, which is visited by many tourists during the day in summer. To prevent non-campers from misusing the sanitary facilities, access is by code lock. Apart from a small meadow for tents, the pitches are gravelled and not very attractive for a comfortable... stay in the open air. They are probably intended more for a stay in winter (peak season!). However, the site is a good starting point for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area. The sanitary facilities are spotless and it is wonderfully quiet at night. In winter, the ski lifts in the immediate vicinity of the site are likely to cause a certain amount of noise, but the winter campers are on skis anyway. There is a hostel with a small restaurant next to the site. Here you can order bread and eat inexpensive meals (including breakfast). Conclusion: A nice place if you can overlook the less attractive pitches and the lively surroundings during the day.
