Nothing. We failed to accommodate

Hello. I don't often leave reviews but I have to react negatively to this campsite after today's experience in Veĺma and mainly because you should avoid this campsite with a big circle. After today's tel. conversation (morning) with the lady on the other side, she assured me that if we arrive today before 14:00, we will be able to get to the campsite by 14:00. We had a sure place in their camp, which was a bit difficult for our family with children but we managed to arrive early and around 1 pm:20, where after arriving at the reception a lady (similar to the lady from the phone call) ran out arrogantly at us and we explained that we were here as we had agreed, whereupon the lady reacted in an arrogant manner that what do we want here and that she was having lunch with her children and we were disturbing her, where her arrogant and even aggressive behaviour was joined by a man who started arrogantly shouting at us to leave immediately or he would call the police, because we had stepped on private property. Of course we apologized and explained that we had come to get the phone. agreement whereupon the lady told me that she had no place and that she would not accommodate us!!! After this aggressive and arrogant experience, we and the children who witnessed the whole incident left very horrified and we still do not understand what they are actually up to.⁸
