"Maybe in a mobile home - as a camper really not - The campsite certainly has a nice beach, the "lagoon" is great for the little ones (although they could actually go into the sea - nice and shallow!). The restaurant was out of burgers and chicken nuggets on Sunday, badly planned for the long Whitsun weekend. Overall, a very lovelessly run resort with bulky garbage everywhere. Why the once very nice, quiet CP now has "Cottage Park" with "eco-chics" written on the gate is not clear. Only the campers notice the real outrage: The sanitary facilities have been badly renovated and are never really cleaned. Just running over them once a day with the water hose doesn't clean them. Sand, dirt, hair everywhere. Fortunately, we moved on after one day.

"Super nice location - The place itself is super nice. A beautiful natural beach right next to the campsite is worth its weight in gold. It is never overcrowded. The rental properties are ALL very clean and well thought out. We've been here three times already. Always in different properties. There is nothing to criticize. But: The pine forest on the site does suffer. Primarily due to the pungent dog urine, as almost every 2nd camper on the site has a dog or dogs with them. They pee everywhere. The site operator should limit the number of dogs not only to 2 dogs per booking (this is already the case), but also to the total number per week. Many dog owners also don't clean up after their pets. That is disgusting. Furthermore, the pine trees are dying because too many of them have been cut down. Trees network underground. This network has been interrupted. As a result, the trees are dying. The site is also extremely noisy. Many guests do not comply with the site rules. At night, cars with loud music race across the square. This is all very regrettable. The operator can't do much about it. The cleaning staff have cars with combustion engines. The stench then wafts in all over the place when they leave the engine running to search for the objects. The paths on the site are very poorly marked. These employees should definitely be provided with quieter and more environmentally friendly cars. On other courses, the service staff have these golf course cars. The worst disturbance factor, however, is a neighboring disco in Vias which has set up its monster bass speakers right in the direction of La Tamarissiere campsite. As a result, the bass bum bum comes right onto the campsite the WHOLE NIGHT! Sleep is out of the question. This is noise torture. Even earplugs don't help because the bass boom is transmitted as a pressure wave. In the long run, this also drove the squirrels away from the pitch. And nothing else!

"Beautiful but dirty - The complex itself is great, very spacious and with plenty of room under the pine trees. The beach is also TOP and little to no garbage, crystal clear water. So much for the surroundings. The site itself? Hot water in the showers, toilets are also available. With your own WC for for the smaller vacationers, otherwise I imagine a different kind of service. The sanitary facilities do not meet my standards of cleanliness, to put it mildly. The best shower is the dog shower! Without sand, with hose and shower (-; Would I come back again? Probably not here. Unless the cleaning ladies resume their work. Then immediately!

"Close to the beach in a pine grove, good and nearby restaurants - We were there at the end of 2017 (5 nights) and 2018 (6 nights) at the end of August. The site is in a pine forest, so it's shady and we were free to choose our pitch. The last hundreds of meters of the approach alone, directly on the Herault river, make the mood soar. There are plenty of sanitary facilities on the site and therefore easy to reach. But the toilets are not worth 4 stars in my opinion (without a seat and not always clean, but this is also down to the users). The range of restaurants and small businesses directly in front of the site is great. You hardly need a supermarket and can stock up on many things here. If that's not enough, you can take the passenger ferry (bikes allowed for an extra charge) and shop at the market above the Herault (fish, meat, cheese). The "journey" alone is a classic. The beach is only a few meters away from the campsite and is also equipped with "Baywatch" at the front. A little further on, the beach is wider, which we liked better. We also found the "lack of" entertainment (there was a circus once) very relaxing and didn't miss it at all. We noticed the increased prices (just for the period we were there) on the negative side. -> approx. 250 € for 6 nights, caravan, 2 adults +1 8-year-old. We heard similar things from the others in the mobile homes. Conclusion: A beautiful spot on the Mediterranean where you can relax wonderfully.

"Conveniently located, eliminates the need for a car. - Environmental protection being a top priority, I find local produce, markets, no need for a car for swimming, shopping, outings... + a bus line, a boat to go to Agde etc... On the other hand, sorting garbage cans are missing everywhere. Pick-ups should be more frequent. This applies to the campsite as well as to all the surrounding communes. + shuttles to Agde and elsewhere. The bus service to Le Cap (for example) doesn't run in June and September. Still a lot of holidaymakers. Too much plastic everywhere in the open air, plastic for ready-made meals in restaurants, while fish choke on these 8 continents of agglomerated plastic! Install systems to save drinking water! A general awareness is urgently needed! If we continue to ignore our responsibility for the evolution of our planet, drastic measures will be imposed on us, and will cost us dearly. We're all talking about our lives! I look forward to returning to La Tama and continuing my fight against pollution. F. Lanzi.

"Stopover..... - Place is well suited as a stopover to Spain, staff was very friendly. The only drawback was that the showers were closed at 22.00, but I know that now for the next time.........

Der französische Campingplatz La Tamarissière ist ein familienfreundlicher Ort in Agde (Hérault), perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten. Du campst hier in einem alten Kiefernwald, direkt am Fluss, und kannst die Nähe zu den Bergen und zum …Mittelmeer erleben. Vom Campingplatz aus erreichst du den Sandstrand schnell für einen erfrischenden Badestopp oder entspannte Stunden am Meer. Naturnahes Camping Dieser bewaldete Platz ist naturbelassen, mit nur wenigen befestigten Wegen. Die hohen Kiefern bieten viele schattige Stellplätze. Wenn du ohne eigene Ausrüstung anreist, kannst du in einem möblierten Lodgezelt oder Chalet übernachten. Wasser satt! Zwar gibt es kein Schwimmbad, doch an Wasser mangelt es nicht. Du kannst im Meer schwimmen oder den Fluss neben dem Campingplatz genießen. In der Umgebung erwarten dich vielfältige Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Ein Ausflug zum großen Étang de Thau lohnt sich ebenfalls – hier kannst du frische Austern probieren. Animation und Gastronomie Das Animationsteam sorgt für Spaß für Jung und Alt, ob bei Sportwettbewerben oder Themenabenden. Tischtennis, Boule und Fußball stehen ebenfalls zur Auswahl. Auf dem Campingplatz findest du eine Bar und ein Restaurant mit Terrasse. Nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt lockt eine charmante Straße mit gemütlichen Restaurants am Wasser. Ein beliebtes Ziel für Camper ist auch das Schloss und die Weinberge der Domaine Preignes Le Vieux.
