"Mosquitoes and airplanes - The site is located in the middle of the flight path of Milan airport. When there is little wind, the planes fly low, loud and often directly over the airfield. There is a flight break at night between 01:00 and 06:00. We also had to break off our stay due to an extreme mosquito infestation. Sanitary facilities: French squat toilets.

"Modest camping - The word modest represents it. Youth-run campground, very nice, very close to the lake with a grass beach that accesses the lake on sand. The water is beautiful and the campground rents pedal boats, canoes etc. The pitches are all occupied by fixed caravans or trailers, with awnings and whatnot, and there are very few vacancies. When we arrived we were told of a meadow where we could set up freely with the camper and although we had booked we therefore did not have a reserved pitch. It rained heavily in the evening and we were exactly in the direction of the water drainage. The facilities are ugly, a series of toilets and showers inserted consecutively in a dated structure. The sinks (for both dishwashing and people washing) are outdoors (at least in one of the two blocks). A request is made not to waste hot water, but I must say that this is almost never an option. The owners are very friendly and helpful and also provide the opportunity to purchase some products at the front desk. There is an excellent bistro (both breakfast bar and restaurant) right next to the lake with a beautiful view. The place is not exactly quiet, as there are many families with young kids having fun in the evening (rightly so) as there are no attractions nearby. Don't hope for public transportation or cabs to get around, if you come here, just spend a few days camping there and that's it. Absolutely recommended for the place--this lake is stunning.

" - A modest but decent campsite. Situated close to an expressway (which can't be heard), it's very convenient for getting to one of the many destinations in the area. The small beach is very pleasant (fine sand and clear water). The cement factory 200 meters away is much less so: the machines are running day and night. This quickly becomes a nuisance. Lots of caravans with chalets (bungalows). Good camping sites are rare, but they do exist (often narrow and steep). Well shaded.
