Camping like 50 years ago
Nice little place, great location directly on the lake and in the village. It can get a bit noisy in the evening due to a neighboring pub, where the village youth like to go on loud mopeds.
The operators take care of everything, so the place is very clean.
The sanitary facilities are very old and no... longer up to standard. They are also completely closed for 1.5 hours a day during cleaning.
There are handwritten rules everywhere, e.g. you are not allowed to use hot water from the shower for the sink.
Very strange: garbage can only be disposed of at certain times, the boss then unlocks the gate to the garbage cans and monitors correct disposal. You just have to get used to it, but overall the campsite is recommended for a short stopover because of its great location.

Small campsite directly in Bolsena on the lake with a beach. Apart from a bar, there are no shops on the site. However, you can get to the Coop in 5 minutes by bike and it's only a few minutes' walk to the center of Bolsena. The toilets are without glasses except for one for standing and one for sitting.... There is only cold water at the washbasins, showers are free. Despite the rather modest sanitary facilities, we felt very comfortable and will be back.

Very nice place, walking distance to the city center... Hot water is only available for showers -> so tap the hot water from there and bring it to the sink :-)))

Small campsite at the end of the lake promenade.beautiful location directly on Lake Bolsena with sandy beach.sanitary facilities outdated but well maintained.very unfriendly campsite management
