Hello, I'm disappointed to have paid for a sea-view chalet and ended up with a sea-view one. As soon as we arrived at around 1pm, the youngest of the girls at reception (who, by the way, should change jobs), informed us of the number of our chalet (B06), specifying that it would only be available from 4pm! (So far, so good). Curious, my wife and I went to the area around the chalet and the cleaning lady had just finished cleaning our chalet. On checking, only B06 had a pseudo sea view, while the other chalets (close to B06) of the same type were empty and had a real sea view. I went back to the reception desk to ask for a change of chalet; the famous young lady firmly replied that it wasn't possible, as the other chalets had been booked for a long time! We also asked to have the keys, as the cleaning was finished; the famous young lady firmly reminded us that the time was 4pm and that they would inform us as soon as it was available; in the end we were called at around 3.45pm, to tell us it was ready! Be honest and make it clear that you have to bend over to see the sea from some of the chalets. What's more, for a 5* campsite, the service isn't up to scratch, the appliances and utensils aren't worthy of a 5*, the outdoor chairs are uncomfortable (hello sciatica), and the cleaning leaves much to be desired. Disappointing value for money. I wouldn't recommend your campsite. And thank you to the young lady who welcomed us!
