A welcoming facility

More attention should be paid to the campsites: there was an abandoned gas stove at my campsite, and it stayed there the whole weekend. The prices at the market were too high.

Great campsites. Close to the beach and a super laid-back atmosphere

This was my first vacation at a campground, and I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. Everything was very well-maintained, and I didn't meet a single unfriendly person. What I especially liked was the fact that you could park your car right next to your accommodations. This campground has plenty of shopping options and a hotel with a great restaurant. I highly recommend the Sea Foot. It’s excellent.

There was one thing that put a bit of a damper on my stay. On my last night, some guy decided to play a prank that cost me dearly—he used dust from my hood to draw little hearts and smiley faces on it. Unfortunately, you could still see them on the paint even after washing the car. I had to have it polished. There are just a few idiots everywhere who have no respect for other people’s property.

It has everything: a small supermarket, bars, two swimming pools, a short walk to the ocean, and a professional evening entertainment program—what more could you ask for?

Clean, beautifully located, and with very friendly staff. The proximity to the beach and the pool area are outstanding. Great restaurant on site.

A quiet place with plenty of charm

Friendly, helpful, beautiful campground. This was our sixth time there, and we'll definitely be back next year.

We stayed in the Family Suite mobile home because dogs aren't allowed there. Unfortunately, we found dog hair on the sofa and under the bed. We weren't too happy about that, since it was specifically stated that dogs aren't allowed there. That was our only complaint.

Staff, pool facilities, entertainment, cleanliness, proximity to the beach… as always, simply everything was perfect. We’ve been there three times already.

Maybe invest in upgrading the restrooms. They're a bit dated, but always clean!

I really loved the clean and well-organized place. The evening and daytime entertainment was great and fun. I should also add that the pool was very nice and clean.

The portable toilet is too far away; it would be more convenient if it were closer.

The vacation was great; the resort had everything you could ask for. Amenities, pools, a convenient beach, and a fantastic entertainment and activities staff.

Animation, Theatro and kids programs are great, facilities are ok, atmosphere and the beach was excellent. You find your zen places as well as buzz.

Airconditioning was absolute disappointment. I usually take the A/C cleaning supply with me as that spreads a lot of bacteria. In our mobilehome it was disgustingly dirty. Evergreen issue is the early morning garbage truck. EVERY DAMN DAY. Sth you cannot get use to and unbelievable that there is no solution for it. We know where we come so we were prepared but still…do sth about it.

The prices at the bar were way too high—I paid 10 euros for two glasses of milk and some Nesquik. That's crazy.

Well organized, great service, perfect evening program

It would be great having some commune space in shade, wherr you can chill. And maybe we would apprecciate shared kitchen.

The food is excellent.

Cleanliness of the restrooms, The restrooms by the pool aren’t lockable and are very dirty, A very strong odor on the campsite coming from the drain, The path to the beach is littered everywhere with empty cans, packaging, etc. And local vacationers are given preferential treatment at the pool—they just walk right past when getting drinks and are served first. I could go on, but that’s enough.

The campground is always clean and tidy.

How the staff handles situations. The hot tub incident is described below. The way the pool lounge chairs were managed was absurd—with no intervention from the staff—meaning that people were reserving multiple lounge chairs with any object they could find and then disappearing around the campground, not even staying by the pool. One morning, a group of people created an “island” with at least a dozen lounge chairs and four umbrellas, placed towels on all the chairs, took photos with their phones of the arrangement they’d made, and nonchalantly disappeared, saying, “Now we can go prepare and eat.” They were gone for hours...

The initial cleaning wasn't up to par, the beach was very small with umbrellas crammed right on top of each other, the power outages were concerning, and the pools were too small for the number of guests.
