beautiful swimming pool great location
Negativ
Poor drainage Trees and bushes overgrow the pitches
Great swimming pool
The campsite is actually well laid out and creates a rustic atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the green areas are probably not cut back and the drainage is poor. Our pitch resembled a lake district and the access roads on the site were sometimes barely passable, so they were under water after rainfall.
The... good impression from last year was gone.
Another swimming pool was built. The pool area is great, as is the extended restaurant.
Delicious baguettes can be ordered in advance.
The campsite is conveniently located for excursions into the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Due to the overgrown pitches, which are muddy in bad weather, we won't be staying here again.

- Large parking spaces - Modern wash area - Family pool - Large pool area with indoor pool - restaurant - Heated pool
Negativ
- Few gender-segregated toilets - lack of litter garbage cans along the paths
Great quiet place
We used the site for an overnight stay. For the low season it was ok that there was still construction work going on. However, as we were there from Sunday to Monday morning, we noticed some construction noise.
We (couple with dog) found it a pity that there were no garbage cans on the paths and there... is also no direct connection to the field. The garbage collection area is outside the campsite and if you're there you'll notice it's HUGE! so it's a long way to the main gate. The staff at reception were very friendly and also served us in English. Breakfast can be pre-ordered in the restaurant. The site is very clean and can be highly recommended for an overnight stay. There is a cheap gas station on the way near the highway.

Excellent for overnight stays
We spent two days at the CP Camping Le Soleil Fruité, from 21.05. to 23.05.2023.
My wife and I liked it, even if we didn't find the campsite ideal for us. As an overnight stopover for a few days, the campsite is really good. We will definitely come back again.
For us, the highlight of the campsite is... its restaurant.
Unfortunately, the campsite has no shopping facilities, at least in May, and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity.
We didn't find any garbage cans on the campsite, we had to take the garbage to the central garbage collection point, there isn't even one in the washing-up area.
The sanitary facilities were always clean during our stay and the staff were always friendly.
For our taste, the pitches could have been mowed shorter.

Hedges on the pitches too high, you are quite anonymous
Very quiet place
This site in an apricot-growing area is very, very quiet, the reception team is very friendly, the whole area is very well maintained and nicely laid out, the sanitary facilities are great and also very clean.
There are 2 cycle paths in the immediate vicinity, one of which leads to Chateauneuf, where... you can also go shopping. Approx. 6km, almost a straight route.
The pool area and the playground are just great, even if we didn't use either, but everything is very, very attractive.
The only thing that took a little getting used to were the very high hedges, surely there is a reason for this, wind protection, sun protection?

Very nice campsite
We spent one night here on our way back from the Mediterranean. We were surprised at how well equipped the campsite is. The pool area is super cool. Our children weren't the only ones who loved it.

The staff were very friendly - both at reception and in the restaurant.

The facilities are modern and clean. The playground offers a variety of play options.

The proximity to the highway is good. There is a cheap gas station on the way.

We stayed there one night on our way to Spain. Quick check-in, great swimming pool. The campsite is close to the highway but totally quiet and it's also possible to refuel cheaply on the way there.

Great swimming pool, good restaurant where you should reserve in advance. If you want bread rolls for breakfast you have to order them the day before.

The pitches were quite "dusty" and had little shade.
Very good as a place to stay overnight
Generally a great place to spend the night. Actually too good for that. But we were already there in the early afternoon and so it was great to have a place where you can still do something.
The campsite is not directly near the freeway, so you have to drive a few kilometers.

Incidentally, the Google... navigation system also made me turn off a road too early, which almost ended in a dead-end country lane. It's better to pay attention to the signs for the last few hundred meters!

A perfect place for a few days of relaxation
The site is beautifully situated and offers huge, spacious pitches. The pool area is beautifully designed and offers space for young and old. The restaurant is delicious and the price/performance ratio is reasonable. Any time again.

Passing through...
... we stopped here for two days. The pitches are big enough and the pool area is great (even for small children). We had forgotten our hammer for the pegs. Unfortunately, no one at reception was able to lend us a hammer. Too bad, for a 4 star campsite we would have expected a little help. Otherwise the campsite is very good.

Small but nice campsite with a beautiful pool area
We stayed there for two nights on the way to our vacation destination. We really liked it there. The pitches were very large, the sanitary facilities were clean and the pool area with slide was not only a hit with our children. There is no supermarket on site, but you can order fresh baked goods in the morning at the bar. Unfortunately, the roads on the site are not paved, so you are always surrounded by a cloud of dust from passing vehicles.

Good place to stay overnight
Good place to stay overnight due to proximity to the highway. Otherwise remote. Unfortunately no asphalted or paved paths, huge puddles and a muddy mess after rain. Unfortunately, the restaurant only serves fast food. The access to the pitches is very narrow in places!

Transit campsite to the south
We had to make a stopover due to thunderstorms and found this campsite. It's very remote but still close to the highway. Arrived shortly before the reception closed and were warmly welcomed. Due to the storm, the pitches and paths were under water. You can hear the highway quite well at night despite the distance.

Bar/restaurant attentiveness and service orientation of the staff (it wasn't even busy!)
Short stay in May 2018
We had a short stopover at this site. It's ideal for those passing through as it's not far from the highway. Overall satisfied with the place. Positives: Pool area, large pitches, clean sanitary facilities, very friendly reception, in the middle of nature. Negatives: Bar restaurant - the friendliness... and attentiveness of the service staff leaves a lot to be desired (already disappointed for the 2nd year and will not come back). We did not feel comfortable, rather unwanted. The quality of the food is good. What I also find bad is that the toilet paper has to be taken into the toilets individually from outside. This is not in keeping with the standard of this place. The highlight is certainly the pool area, the children will have fun.

Beautiful place facing south/Update 2019: Make sure to reserve!!!!!
Large pitches with electricity (CEE), water (without hose screw connection) and drainage under a metal cover. Sanitary clean and in good condition (WC unisex), reception friendly and English speaking. Nice restaurant without much fuss with reasonably priced menu. Very nice service. Be sure to reserve a parking space!!! Place was fully booked on 9.9.17. Great bathing area. Many campers also seem to stay longer. Always follow the signs!

Only conditionally recommended
Friendly place, English no problem. Good start to the Rhone-Alpes cycle path. Ideal for overnight stays. Pool and baked goods great. Unfortunately very noisy from 7:00 am due to departing campers (onward journey). Entrance through barrier (photo) and access to the place through concrete bollards exactly in the curve very narrow.
