Heating the pool—you promise it but don’t deliver. Very expensive, both the shop and the bar. The Bunker is only for little kids—there’s hardly anything for teens, even though that was promised. More activities for teens, and if you advertise a teen disco, you should actually hold it. Our teens were hugely disappointed by this! We had to pay extra for electricity at checkout even though we barely used any (just for charging cell phones); we don’t understand why we had to pay the surcharge. Reception was supposed to be open until 8 p.m. but was already closed at 7 p.m. The trash containers were overflowing all week.

We had a wonderful stay here. A clean, quiet campground (it was only half full when we were there) with very friendly people. A nice pool and playground for the kids, and there are beautiful hiking trails that start right near the campground. Highly recommended!

A nice campground with spacious sites. We were on site 161, which had a beautiful view. The restroom building is located downhill, so it was quite a climb up to our site. Other than that, it’s a really nice campground with a wonderful pool. We’ll definitely be back.

Despite the intense heat, there was plenty of space at the water park, both in the 50-meter pool and in the play and swimming area. The restaurant is more than excellent, and the World Cup was being shown on a big screen.

The recycling center could be cleaner.

If it were up to me, I'd set up the recycling center differently; I find it confusing and inconvenient that you have to climb a few steps to get to the glass recycling area.

The outdoor pool is very cold. You're quite far from town and, therefore, from stores.

It was really nice to be able to go for a walk from the campground along the Muhler Thal Trail. The restrooms are nice and well-maintained. The indoor pool is a real plus in the fall.

Swimming pool, card-operated showers, card-operated dishwashing, bread service. Everything ran like clockwork. We were there in the late season, when very few spots were occupied.
