"Well worth a visit - Booked this site for a 2 night stay on our return to the UK. It is really easy to get to from the motorway and the reception was very warm and friendly. The entire site is fenced in with security gates. The pitches are nicely done with lots of shrubs and lavender. Sizes are decent even for a larger outfit, however they are tight to get into. Sanitary blocks are ok, but could to with a bit more cleaning. Fresh water supply a bit scarce and waste water containers need to be lifted on the bowl for chemical toilets. This could be improved. Good mobile connection, but wifi limited to reception area. Calais Town centre is about 15min on foot, the beach is less than 5 minutes. Plenty of shops around.

"Best Camping place ever - I was at this camping site with Mobilehome in October 2021 traveling to UK from Germany. This was my first trip as a woman with kids and a dog. I had little expirence on how the water system etc works. I would say i big thank you to the staff at the camping place. they were so patient to show me everything. They were very friendly to the kids and the dog. The Man *care taker* of the place deserve an aword. He is very nice, friedly and helpful. I thank the staff for making this place feel like home. Very clean and quite, security system is good that one feel safe. We spent 2 nights before boarding to UK and 3 nights when we retured. I look forward to spending more time there .

"Unfair prices - We had booked a caravan pitch for 5 nights. However, we only spent 2 nights at the campsite by car. We were away for 3 nights by car, where the caravan stood alone on the pitch. But we had to pay the full price for the stay. We didn't and don't think that was fair. (I had previously asked about the costs by email, but had not received an answer).

"Top modern and new, ideal for the ferry - We stayed at the site for one night in mid-October as a stopover for the ferry to the UK. It's in the middle of a residential area, but central for a visit to Calais and ideal for the ferry (you can be at the terminal in 10 minutes). So this is the wrong place for campers looking for nature. We arrived at 6pm, the reception is officially only open until 5pm in this low season. However, as the operator lives above reception, he came down straight away. Check in was quick and easy. Operator very friendly, but only speaks some English (mixed with French), no German. The place was assigned, with the hint that we can also take the neighboring place if we want, is not much going on anyway. The site looks like a new one. The pitches are parceled out with low fences, always 4 pitches in a unit. One electricity column for two pitches, so no long distances. Pitches very well maintained and clean. No tall trees, i.e. no shade (if someone really needs it). The sanitary facilities are also very modern and clean. All cubicles (WC, individual wash cubicles, showers) are very spacious. Showers are included. Temperature cannot be adjusted, the push button had to be pressed about every 20 seconds in the shower I used, which was a bit annoying. Toilet bowl is very low, without toilet seat and without toilet paper. But clean! There is also a playground (see photo) but it is very small. The access road is closed from 10pm to 7am. As we were there in the absolute low season, there was very little going on, so it was very quiet. For dog owners: leave the campsite and cross the road and you can go for a nice walk. I didn't see much in the way of leisure activities. So it's an ideal base for the ferry trip and also for visiting Calais. We (two adults, two dogs, caravan, car, electricity) paid €20. For the standard of what the site has to offer: absolutely great!!! Absolutely recommendable.

"Also suitable for overnight stay before ferry crossing - The site is quite new and has electricity and water on every pitch. Due to the upcoming ferry crossing, we only stayed one night, which was a shame! The beach is a 5-minute walk away and access is controlled by a password at the barriers and side exit to the beach. Everything is included in the price, e.g. showers, electricity and water. Very friendly and uncomplicated reception.
