The sanitary facilities are older, but functional and always clean. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room via an app.
In the town center of Peitz, which can be reached... by car, bike or bus, there are shopping facilities, restaurants and other leisure activities.
On the site itself there is a small store where you can buy bread rolls in the morning and a small snack bar.
The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Wide beach and few people, except in very hot weather, but in the evening you have the beach to yourself.
Yes, only people who appreciate nature and don't need anything else... come here. The small team at the campsite is helpful, helped us plan our bike tours and had a little tip here and there. The reception offers ice cream (highly recommended!), coffee, drinks and pizza on request. We were here in the summer and are now here again in the fall. It's even quieter now and we have plenty of time and forest to pick mushrooms.
An ideal place to relax for campers who can/want to do without frills and luxury. There were also more permanent campers on the site in summer than there are now.

Everything was explained at check-in and then we were able to spend 2 wonderful days here. Wonderful nature and lake. Small kiosk and a few snack stands on site. Waffles, ice cream, sausages and drinks. It was very crowded on the beach, so there was a bit of a wait. A campsite with lots of permanent campers and we (my daughter and I) found our cozy place to spend the night in a tent in the tent grove. We were given a friendly welcome and everything was briefly explained to us. There was ice cream and... coffee on site and a small kiosk as well as a snack and drinks stand with a suitable selection. There are also a few shops in Peitz, which is easily accessible via the cycle path. The lake is practically on the doorstep with a beautiful large sandy beach. It was very busy at the weekend, but during the week we had it almost to ourselves. The pitch... is right at the entrance. It is more of a site for permanent campers. Overall, we had a relaxing and restful vacation here. Bread rolls were available in the morning from the manager if ordered in advance.
