Sitting in bucolic countryside overlooking the calm waters of Rama Lake, Tune Lakeside Campsite is 15 minutes’ drive from the sleepy town of Prozor-Rama in scenic Herzegovina-Neretva. This peaceful spot is set up with grass pitches, each with an electric …hook-up, and all with views over the lake. Here you can spend your days lazing in the sun on our private wooden pontoon, hiking in the foothills or walking any four-legged pals in the surrounding woodland. Head down to Rama Lake for fishing and swimming, or explore the water with our SUP boards and raft tours, which can be arranged directly with the owners. Next to the pitches, you'll find our cozy wooden cottage; while not available for online booking here, it adds to the charming resort atmosphere. If all that activity builds up an appetite, grill up a barbecue feast at the shared alfresco mini-kitchen (complete with a large fridge), and eat while taking in the far-reaching views over Rama to the mountain peaks beyond. Get the time right in early evening, and you’ll be rewarded with a colourful sunset as well. You can shop for essentials in local shops (5 minutes by foot) or dine out in several traditional restaurants, all within 5 minutes’ drive. On site, all the essentials are covered too, with practical facilities including electricity, drinking water, Wi-Fi and brand-new modern shower blocks.
