Beautiful campsite close to nature
The campsite is located on a side arm of the wide river. The campsite is beautifully embedded in nature and offers many leisure activities with its own bathing beach. There is a mini-golf course, a playground and pedal go-carts can be hired. There are also rail trestles (rail bikes) for the disused railroad... line that runs right past the campsite. This was our highlight. The campsite has standard sanitary facilities and a separate guest kitchen and lounge. Showers cost NOK 5 for 2 minutes of hot water. The manager of the campsite also speaks quite good German. A small store with a surprisingly large selection is located at the reception. The guest internet is chargeable. One or two planes a day take off and land on the nearby airfield, but they don't disturb us at all. On the contrary, our children were always happy to hear the planes. We enjoyed our stay at the campsite and the children were always kept busy. Highly recommended and in our opinion a top place!

Good place for relaxation
This camping site is located next to Namsos airport so there is a little noise from aircraft take-off and landed from time to time however my guys like to see those aircrafts:) Small grocery shop located inside reception. WiFi available but with very poor speed. There is squirrel which is camp's owner friend:) Price: 275NOK/day with electricity.

Clean, large, not overcrowded CP; sanitary in order; and - actually - by the airfield one had no disturbance, was even very varied to watch the two airplane landings (9:30 and 17:30); half an hour later they flew away again ... that was all!
