It is only a small part of the trail and a 7 km walk from the Hilversum train station.

If you are looking for a campsite suitable for small children then there is a nice play area, and a safe environment.

Perfect location next to Lage Vuursche. Beautiful biking and hiking from here. Mini Golf in Lage Vuursche is highly recommended. Playground, plumbing and facilities centrally located in the middle of the campsite. Children played wonderfully and from the caravan we could keep an eye on them.NegativaPlumbing is outdated but well kept clean. Soap and dishwashing detergent are provided. There is poor phone coverage and WiFi is only at the reception.Week with family in high seasonVery nice week had. We want to do it again next time. Very nice and helpful staff who think with you and also walk around the campground regularly. Showers are lovely. The surroundings are great for biking and hiking. We stayed for a week and had a great time.NegativaAt the campsite you are allowed to light a campfire near your pitch. In itself this is fun, but if your fellow campers around you are all burning and you yourself are not, it is a lot less fun, given the smoke. We think a solution should be found for this. However, you do get long enough to rinse yourself well.Wonderful vacationThe campground is a wonderful place to really unwind, even if you have a little one with you who doesn't want to entertain you all day. For (small) children a great campsite, but also for us as adults. Because of the many opportunities on the campsite for children and for adults and because of the beautiful... location, this is pre-eminently a campsite that is well worth the money.
