Christian is super nice and always willing to help.

Wind noise from the nearby wind turbines. Depending on the wind direction, you can hear it loud at times, soft at others, or not at all. In April, we inquired about the spot and were offered it via email for 150 €. In the end, we were charged 175 €. For me, that’s an absolute no-go. Especially since we had received written confirmation beforehand. They cited the war in Iran as the reason. ???
Camping next to the wind farm
Great campground with few—if any—restrictions. Just a lot of things to enjoy.

There are shopping options about 6 km away (Edeka/Netto).
There’s also a great butcher (Andrea Opel) nearby.
A trip to the porcelain town of Selb is always worth it.
There, too,... you can stop for a bite at the local butcher, Sandner, in their beer garden. I’ve rarely had such a good schnitzel.
Sandner’s meat is also available at the campground’s beer garden, which, unfortunately, is only open on weekends.
The lake on the grounds is perfect for swimming.

I really like the location—no designated sites, with plenty of shade when needed. Clean restrooms, very peaceful and green. A small swimming lake to cool off in. The surrounding countryside is a dream, with beautiful trails for biking. There’s also an opportunity to build a fire in the evening.

The kiosk has really expanded by now, and everything I've tried so far has been delicious. We've been to Heidelheim twice in a row now, but unfortunately, the menu doesn't change.

I have been lucky enough to spend this Easter on the campsite here this is the first campsite I have visited in 5 years that has a safety device on the public toilet very disabled friendly family just all around a great package honestly put down but still very central in the same district you can get anywhere yet away from all the hustle and bustle if you are looking for peace and quiet and do not like the giant vegetables every campsite is the perfect break you can drive down the lake enjoy the clean well-kept modern toilets showers. You are friendly but still considerate that everyone gets their peace and quiet as I did at the campsite. I would never have thought that I would find a small oasis of well-being so if you are looking for something quiet but still modern and small friendly family environment and do not like this promobil campsite then just try it out for a weekend and you will see it is beautiful

The disadvantage is that such lovingly maintained campsites do not exist so often and here I found no neighbors

The region in which this campsite is located is very beautiful that the Comic Museum Selb with its porcelain it is not far in the Czech Republic with its castles and the campsite is so centrally located that you are quickly up faster Czech Republic and all the sights that are here z. B. also the path... of ascent can prepare.b also the path of the walk can prepare the campsite is already secluded quiet no traffic so simply a beautiful oasis that integrates itself into the panorama of Selb super that means you are off the beaten track but still everywhere quickly so who plans his next vacation should think about why travel far away when a piece of quality of life and beautiful vacation can also be here in the area so am yes listen to me go on vacation and even on this campsite and enjoy it and try it and you see you will see just beautiful here and I will come back more often so then see you again and have a nice vacation

New sanitary facilities, only a few km from the highway, cool overall concept

A hidden pearl
The site is in an extremely quiet location, just a few kilometers from the freeway. It is a spacious site with a nice, open atmosphere. The sanitary facilities are new. Attention has been paid to small details that we have not seen on any other campsites: A toilet with a slightly raised seat for older... people, a coffee machine - also for your own cups, simple cozy accommodation such as the cubes or the roof tents on a fixed base (great idea!), ordering breakfast pastries completely uncomplicated, sale of ready-made soups in a glass etc. The catering (Mexican) was very simple but sufficient for our purpose. You can tell that the operator lives and loves camping, the place is slowly improving step by step, authentic, friendly, relaxed and does what makes sense. At night you can hear the frogs croaking in the pond. Very good value for money. Cool camping!

The area is the opposite of urban...but nice and friendly
Beautiful, quiet and shady campsite with the cleanest and newest sanitary facilities.
We had great weather, the nights were a bit chilly, but otherwise everything was wonderful! We can only recommend this place
