Very nice place for a pleasant overnight stay with time to relax. City life is very far away and therefore rather a quiet environment.

Super location
Lovely site with a view over the beautiful hilly landscape. Pitches on grassy ground, partly parceled out. Water close to the pitch. Sanitary facilities not always clean. Gray water disposal at the entrance to the site. This site can also be used by large camper vans or caravans. Great location on the... cycle path with excellent links to the town, the National Park and Ross Castle. Good pub with interesting furniture right next door. However, the fan runs late into the night - better not to choose a pitch in the immediate vicinity.

No functioning supply and disposal station for Womos. Sanitary facilities in rather mediocre condition. Expensive for what is on offer.
Beautifully situated place, ideal for exploring the great surroundings of Killarney.
The site is beautifully situated with a view of the surrounding hills. The facilities, including the sanitary building, are clean. However, the technical equipment is not in the best condition. The supply and disposal station for camper vans looks like it has been out of order for some time. You have... to fill up with water at one of the taps on the site, the gray water outlet is outside the campsite. The showers without partitions and operated with separately purchased tokens. The wifi was advertised but not usable (connection to the wifi ok but the wifi itself had no internet access). The place is located directly on the bike path to the city or around the lake. A bus stop is also just a few steps away. As a location for exploring the great surroundings, however, definitely recommended.
