The campsite is not very big, which we personally really like.
The location is beautiful and it is very quiet.
What was also great for us was that the bus stops were only a few minutes' walk away.
We took the bus to Kufstein and also to Kitzbühl.

I have never seen a red glittering floor that was also spotlessly clean. Even the cleaning ladies were so friendly and even cleaned the water columns and electricity boxes.... simply amazing!!! The food in the restaurant was brilliant, the swimming pond mega beautiful, the bread rolls very tasty and the staff, the owners simply great. Never seen such a perfect place - we will be back. It is very clean, quiet and everyone is friendly.NegativaTents are tolerated, but you can tell that no value is placed on them. Motorhomes and caravans are the target clienteleVery great campsite but...We have been coming to one of the pitches with a tent for 3 years. Last year we received an email that only tents with a water-permeable floor were allowed. When we arrived last year, the groundsman had looked at our tent and it was ok that only the sleeping cabins had a solid floor, the rest was without... a floor.
This year we received the same email with the corresponding note. We didn't ask again before we arrived because it was the same tent and the same email. When we arrived, there was a new groundsman on site and he told us that we were not allowed on the site with this tent and we. We would either have to leave or move to the small tent meadow. We had booked for 11 nights but the campsite was only available for 8 days. The tent meadow is quite below the campsite and when it rains the water just runs down there. In addition, the meadow is right next to the sanitary building and Radio Paloma is on all night with the windows open (it's really nice during the day but all night?) and you can hear almost everything that is being "done" in the tent.
Since we wanted to stay longer, but there was no more space on the meadow, we looked for another campsite from Sunday and found one where tents are also welcome and the pitches are great.

The campsite is in a beautiful location with a great view of the Wilder Kaiser! You can start hikes directly from here. The washing facilities are also very clean and a... small swimming pool has been lovingly designed! We also really like the restaurant, which is right next to the campsite. The people are all very friendly and courteous and are also happy to advise you on day trips.

Nice restaurant on the square.NegativaWe had booked a rental bathroom as the sanitary facilities seemed a little too small. We were surprised that the towel dryer didn't work. Unfortunately, after three days I couldn't blow-dry my hair because there was no electricity. We hadn't booked any electricity at the campsite as we were self-sufficient with the vehicle. This meant that there was no electricity in the rented bathroom, so only the light worked. It would have been nice if we had been told this on arrival, because the price for the pitch and rental bathroom was quite high compared to the surrounding campsites.Campsite in a beautiful locationWe were in the low season, there wasn't much going on at the campsite, so it was nice and quiet. The disadvantage, however, was that almost all the restaurants around were still closed.

Unfortunately not perfect for us, as we were here as a family and there are no play facilities on the site for children between 3 and 10 years old. There are many older campers who like to complain about children who can easily get louder. The operator intercepted our children... and, without our knowledge, directed them to an area outside the campsite, which is not exactly around the corner. Not so cool - fatal for children who don't like to sign out... which fortunately ours always do. But the fact that they ignored me when I joined them and wanted to know what the problem was, I find very cheeky. Generally chatting up children playing with the finder while talking to them and then sending them away is very questionable. Families avoid the place!

The site is in an ideal location and not too big, which I found very pleasant.

You can reach the surrounding villages by bus from the nearby town.
It's a shame that the biker ranch wasn't open yet.

At that time, the access road from the center of Scheffau to the Kaisercamp was being widened, so that the approach with the Womo was completely problem-free. It is important that you approach via the village... center of Scheffau and not via the Blaiken district as described by some navigation systems. We were warmly welcomed by the operators Petra and Mike and given a briefing on the trial operation. The approx. 45 pitches vary in size depending on the space required and all have water, waste water and electricity connections. Especially for winter campers, the operators have installed their own gas connection at the site, making the constant exchange of gas bottles on the camper superfluous. There is a large bathhouse, which is also well equipped for wheelchair users and is easily accessible. In addition to the toilets and showers, there is also a dishwashing station and a washing machine and dryer in the bathhouse. There is also an extra baby changing room for younger visitors. If you would like to make use of a special service, you can also take advantage of one of the 8 pitches with their own rented bathroom. Here you have your own shower, bath and toilet. In summer, you can also cool off in the Kaisercamp bathing pond after a long hike or bike tour. In winter, according to other guests, you can strap on your skis right next to the campsite and ski down towards the Scheffau gondola station. A ski bus will then take you back to the village in the evening or you can take the Pistenbully directly to the campsite. The great rustic restaurant and beer garden are also worth mentioning.
