The restrooms are very clean, the outdoor areas are superbly maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The staff keeps the green spaces and playgrounds in perfect condition. Exemplary! A small bistro with a great outdoor area, a bread roll... service, and friendly staff round out the experience.
All in all, a great campground that we’re happy to recommend.

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review. We are proud of such a rating.
We are also pleased with what you have written.
Yes, there is a slightly longer walk to the sanitary building, but there is a high water line, so it could not be built closer to the Weser.

Norbert D.květen 20255.0Norbert D.květen 2025PozitivaStraightforward direct booking. Very well-kept pitch, clean sanitary facilities, very friendly staff. Everything is welcoming (unfortunately this is no longer the case everywhere)NegativaSome pitches are very far away from the sanitary facilities. Another sanitary building would be advisable (should be in the planning stage)Recommended campsiteThe campsite is located directly on the Weser. We ourselves had a comfort pitch - Premium in the 2nd row. Very well-kept lawn. A written request in Sept. 2024 was processed immediately. Check-in was very quick on the day of arrival. Everything essential was briefly explained. That's how it should be. There are plenty of excursions nearby by boat, bike or car. We felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this place.Automaticky přeloženo.Odpovězeno z Campingplatz Wesertal 4. květen 2026Hello Norbert!

Thank you very much for the great and detailed 5-star rating. We are very happy about that. As you will have noticed during your stay, we have a small, manageable menu. Accordingly, we cannot cater to all culinary preferences. However, our beautiful village offers a wide range of other restaurants. Please feel free to drop by next time.

Gudrun R.březen 20245.0Gudrun R.březen 2024PozitivaQuiet location, directly on the Weser. Good opportunities to walk the dog. Fresh bread rolls every day Clean sanitary facilities Other inns within walking distanceNegativaSanitary building a bit far away, another one would be nice in the lower area a bread roll app would be great in case you forget to sign in on the slip of paper the unfriendly permanent campers. Not exactly the "fine" way to refer to camper van owners as camper van idiotsCampers meet the people of the heartAll in all a very nice campsite.
Quiet location, right on the Weser. Good opportunities for walking the dog. And certainly even nicer in the sunshine.
Clean sanitary facilities - another sanitary facility in the lower area would be great.
Other restaurants within walking distance.
A bread roll app would... be great in case you forget to put your name on the list.
The operators were very nice and friendly and always asked if anything was needed.
The tractor was also used because the ground was so soft due to the constant rain that a Womo had become stuck. But it wasn't a problem at all.
One negative point of criticism is the unfriendly permanent campers who call motorhome owners "Womodioten". Not exactly the "fine" kind!
Which is not the fault of the operators.
All in all, despite the constant rain, it was a very nice camping vacation.Automaticky přeloženo.Odpovězeno z Campingplatz Wesertal 13. září 2024Dear Gudrun,
Thank you for your excellent review and we regret that you encountered unfriendly people. Please come and visit us next time so that we can do something about it. The second sanitary building is also on our wish list. However, the planning and costs are in the hands of the municipality.
Thank you also for the suggestion regarding the bread roll app.
