I can't find enough praise for the Rußweiher campsite! The site is just perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing and restful camping vacation. The location is beautiful and the surroundings are quiet.

The Rußweiher campsite is an absolute highlight! We felt at home right from the start. The site is very well maintained and the service is first class. We can recommend the Rußweiher campsite without reservation and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Simple but beautiful place
Campsite directly on the Rußweiher with shopping facilities 2km away. Sanitary facilities are a bit older but clean.
The site has a small restaurant but closed in Corona times.
Tourist pitches are on grass, many permanent pitches

Pseudo-idyll
Only come here if you are pedantic and want to be among your own kind. There is a climbing tower for children on the beach, but no children. But there would certainly be someone there immediately to discipline the little ones. If you are a senior citizen and feel 10 years older than you are anyway, and don't mind facing grumpy faces, you can just about cope with the small lake and the pseudo-idyll.

Quiet place on a great lake
We were given a great pitch with a beautiful lawn and an unobstructed view of the lake. There are mainly permanent campers here, but they are very friendly and everyone says hello to you. There is an extra tent meadow "for the young ones who want to party". The san building is older but everything is... meticulously cleaned. Small restaurant with a small menu. The location on the lake is beautiful, unfortunately you can constantly hear car noise from the main road. Coming from the east, do NOT follow the first CP signpost. This place comes a little later right next to the main road. Many signposted cycle paths, you can also go to the supermarket by bike. A nice little place by the lake and damn cheap - 11€

the campsite at Rußweiher, Kleinkotzenreuth 7, is the friendliest and best campsite i know. i have been there many times and have always had the best time there. everyone is nice and friendly. you really have a lot of fun there
