It is a very quiet site in the heart of nature, next to a small stream. The operators were friendly, the pitches large and the clientele pleasant.
There were lots of dogs on site.

The location invites you to relax, hike and cycle. The nearby park with a game reserve is currently under construction.

Silberbach Camping at Easter
Very beautiful and well-kept complex with hiking trails right next to the campsite. If you want to combine relaxation with excursions, this is the place for you. The neighboring towns of Bad Schlema and Schneeberg are worth seeing and offer nice restaurants. On Easter Sunday we even found a little Easter nest at the caravan, very nice. The site is highly recommended and is also used by dog lovers.

The weather, but that's really not the fault of the operators. Hardly anything within walking distance. Local transport connections were not tested.
Rest and relaxation in the low season
We stayed for 3 nights in the low season. The site was almost empty, so we were able to find a nice pitch ourselves. Fortunately, a knowledgeable guest explained to us on arrival how it works, as there was no sign at the gate. Reception was manned in the morning, but if you arrive in the afternoon, you... simply park on a free, unreserved pitch. The reserved spaces are on a list at the entrance door to reception. You then register the next morning.
We didn't want to go to some of the pitches as it had rained a lot and some of the pitches looked very muddy. However, there was a good selection of well-paved pitches where the rain didn't bother us.
In addition to the sanitary facilities, there is also a lounge where you can pick up the bread rolls you ordered in the morning.
Supply and disposal without any problems. It is very pleasant to be able to flush the cassette toilet thoroughly and then wash your hands. Everything is very well equipped.
For excursions in the surrounding area, we always set off in the camper.
We will certainly come back again when we are drawn to the Erzgebirge.

Camping in the Ore Mountains
We were in Schneeberg for the Mountain Dispute Day and we stayed overnight in our Minifan. When we arrived in the afternoon, the reception was not manned. But we found a notice that you can choose your own place. So that's what we did. The pitch was under trees in a green area and very spacious with... enough distance to the neighbors.
We had a very quiet night. A nice young lady greeted us in the morning when we paid for the pitch. We found out that there is also a bread roll service, which we will definitely make use of on our next visit. We also found the cozy recreation room great, very useful for mini campers like us on rainy days!

More relaxation is not possible
If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the campsite for you.
Idyllically situated in the Ore Mountains, incredibly friendly people and pure relaxation.
There are beautiful cycle paths, a very nice spa nearby, mines that invite you to visit.... Everyone as they like!
The campsite is very clean... and the pitches are generously sized, some in the shade, others in the sun and you might even get one right by the stream!
All in all, we really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Absolute recommendation !
Beautiful campsite, situated in the valley. Beautiful, always very clean sanitary facilities, even with a sauna! We particularly liked the relaxed, friendly manner and the trust placed in the campers here. Be it when choosing a pitch or ordering bread rolls. If you don't arrive during opening hours,... you will find a list of free pitches at reception and can simply choose one! At the entrance there is not, as usual, a barrier but a gate which is deliberately kept closed by most campers. Just outside the site you can also take your dogs for a nice walk. The spa park is also not far away, but was unfortunately partly under construction during our stay. Highly recommended as a starting point for beautiful hikes or sightseeing (e.g. Easter market in Schwarzenberg) !!!

Can be approached at any time. Clean sanitary facilities. Bread roll service. Water tap on pitches. Showers free of charge. Wifi free of charge... But weak😬. Place is within walking distance (20min) Hiking trails go right past.

Very nice
We were there for just under a week. Very nice site in a valley with a stream. The reception is only manned in the mornings, but that doesn't matter, there is a booking plan on the door where you can choose a free pitch. You can then register the next day. The gate can simply be opened. Showering is... possible without a chip. Electricity is flat rate but you need a Schuko adapter. Nice staff. Well lit at night. There is only no playground for children. No permanent campers.
An option for us again at any time.

Wonderful gem
The campsite is a pleasant size, in a great location for hiking, cycling, eating out and wonderfully quiet. The sanitary facilities are very clean and spacious. The showers are great. There is a sauna that you can use for a small fee. Everything is uncomplicated and friendly. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. An absolute recommendation.

Wonderfully quiet
We were there for the first time and for a week, but will definitely be back. It is wonderfully quiet and the pitches vary between 80-120 m2. We had a 120 m2 pitch with electricity, water and drainage. The sanitary facilities are spacious and clean. Showers without coins and a wonderfully warm jet of water.
The campsite is centrally located for various excursions.

Summer vacation with caravan
We felt very comfortable on the campsite. Friendly owners and permanent campers. Would go there again and again. Although it was not so easy to ride an e-bike because of the altitude difference. There were still lots of beautiful things to see!

Ideal place for over 50s
One of the rare campsites in the Ore Mountains, very well-kept and you rely on "self-service" here, i.e. you trust your guests. Spacious site with beautiful pitches that you can choose yourself. Easy arrival: open the gate yourself, drive in (close it too!), go to reception, where there is a notice showing... which pitches are reserved (there are only a few), choose a pitch and plug in the electricity. Register at reception the next morning - it couldn't be easier.
Pre-registration is not necessary, groups are not accepted.
