Very nice groundsman. Snow was shoveled on the pitch even during heavy snowfall. Quick registration and handling of requests. Ordering bread rolls - great idea. Waste water and drinking water replenishment good. The village and the market are still alive here - nice quaint restaurants, corner store and above all an active information center that was also open on weekends and public holidays - where else can you find this? The course is great - we'll be back when the weather is nicer and will pass the word until then. Best wishes to the friendly groundsman and good health for the coming year

Too bad the restroom was not open. In bad weather - snowstorm too long walk to spa. Good signposting of the hiking trails - praise to the staff.

We stayed on the site over Christmas and felt very comfortable. The sanitary facilities were warm and clean and there was plenty of space. We will definitely be back again.
Beautiful campsite
The pitch was well paved, level and big enough for our 8m mobile.

The motorhome port, not the campsite, is directly connected to the Kurpark and the Sibyllenbad. Hiking and the outdoor sports park are great.
Negativa
Unfortunately, the power column does not display consumption. There is only a flashing display when the purchased electricity is about to run out. This display is not on the electricity column on the pitch but in a central location on the pitch.

The location is unique. Each pitch is large enough and equipped with electricity, fresh water and gray water drainage. Very quiet, only 300 m to the thermal baths. Clean toilets and washing facilities.

Campsite conveniently located. Barrel sufficient for two people, but too small for a longer stay. Sanitary facilities very clean and warm. The lady at reception and the owner were very friendly. The entrance area to the campsite was a bit "untidy" (collapsed barn, etc.).

Quiet location with ideal starting point for hikes. Good facilities, bread roll service to the mobile, nice helpful groundsman. Thermal baths on site. Sanitary facilities in a pleasant new ambience.
Negativa
Location plan of the pitches, searching by booking number/name not ideal. Lack of showers is a matter of taste. Electricity price 80 Ct is too much. I left the spa after about 1 hour, people were just sitting in the pools (like a pensioners club).

The pitches are large, terraced, with lots of trees. The area is ideal for cycling, also to the Czech Republic. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bread roll service to the pitch is to be enjoyed.
Negativa
As the pitch at the Sibyllenbad (which is also part of the Platzermühle campsite) is currently under construction, there is a lot of building material on the forecourt. But it's not a problem.
Wellness vacation at the campsite
Everything is available at the pitch. A short walk to the sanitary facilities, which are large and clean. The shower room is sufficiently heated.
In the adjoining building on the 1st floor there is a washing-up room, laundry room and drying room. They are nice and quite new.
A cozy lounge invites you to linger.
Thanks to underfloor heating, it is nice and warm everywhere.

Very nice reception by the boss. Top service is the bread delivery in the morning at 8 o'clock directly to the WoWa. Place is in the forest, therefore rather shady. Sanitary clean.

Clear away rubbish/debris at the entrance - doesn't make the best impression.
