- Andreas N.červen 2026Relaxation Turned into StressWe were at XXL Site Number Two, right in front of the playground, so from 9:00 a.m. until 11:24 p.m., we had children playing and screaming, as well as adults talking loudly with their children, right in front of us. Of course, that doesn’t exactly contribute to a relaxing weekend and was very, very... disruptive for us. Otherwise, the campground is actually very nice. The lake access is nice, the restaurant staff at the beach go out of their way, but it could be cleaner. The ground and the whole atmosphere really aren’t inviting. Otherwise, I can recommend the campground—maybe not our specific site, but the campground itself. On top of that, the site was also very, very expensive. With all fees included, around 90 €, I find that absolutely excessive. Unfortunately, the site is not as described everywhere. It is not particularly well maintained, the pitches look a bit overgrown. In addition, some of the pitches are very small, despite the fact that... you indicate the size of your car. The sanitary facilities are everything, but not clean. The garbage cans are emptied spartanly every few days and overflow and the toilet paper is not replenished. During the cleaning time you should use the public toilets, no toilet paper there either. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right at all.
