The paths on the grounds are difficult to use after heavy rain.Very quiet location, friendly ownersA very nice campground with excellent restroom facilities, run by a family. - 5.0MSMargret S.červenec 20265.0MSMargret S.červenec 2026PozitivaA fantastic, quiet location on the Eider River. Really great hosts. Top-notch restroom facilities. We booked our next stay right away. So: 12 out of 10 pointsNegativaNothing at allJust awesome! We went there for the first time on the recommendation of our friends. The owner even made it possible at the last minute for the three of us to stay together. Thanks again. There’s even a free-to-use quick-wash dishwasher available for doing the dishes. The restroom facilities are top-notch, and we could go on and on about how great it is... Great, quiet location. Perfect for bike rides, etc. We’ll definitely be visiting there regularly.

We were here for the 2nd time after August 2025 at Whitsun and are super impressed with what the Maaß family has achieved over the winter. The sanitary facilities are new and the whole place is tidy and lovingly renovated.
You feel very welcome.
An ideal little hideaway for a time-out. - 3.0
Kai P.září 20233.0Kai P.září 2023Pozitiva-The location of the campsite directly on the Eider - super nice operators - good bread roll service with delicious bread rolls - very nice permanent campers - clean sanitary facilitiesNegativa- very old sanitary facilities that could be modernized - the place could be a bit tidier in some cornersIt could be a top spot.We were there for the weekend and we were given a super nice welcome. The Premium pitch was great with a direct view of the Eider. You felt right at home there. It was also easy to get into conversation with the permanent campers.
The sanitary facilities were very old but clean. They could be modernized.
But on the whole it is a nice place. - 5.0LELothar E.duben 20225.0LELothar E.duben 2022PozitivaQuiet, very friendly and helpful operators, clean sanitary facilities, cooking and washing facilities, WLAN possibleNegativaActually nothingCampsite without the fussWe, two senior citizens, had booked a cabin at this campsite to cycle for a week. This decision was ideal. The cabin was big enough to accommodate our stuff, the beds were fine and everything made a very friendly impression. Mr. and Mrs. Wagner deserve special mention, as they had an open ear for everything. For those contemporaries who are looking for peace and tranquillity with a view of the water, this place is worth considering.

We were surprised at first about this small site, but that turned out to be a good thing afterwards. It is very clearly laid out here and everyone is super nice. It should be emphasized that the operator asked us several times if everything was okay and helped us set up our tent with tarp. We have a beautiful view of the Eider. Where the dog can also go in and out.

Small site without the hustle and bustle. Wonderful location on the Eider. Nice, friendly people on the site. Very quiet.NegativaNo real disadvantagesWonderful natural site in a charming locationThe view over the Eiderschleife is fantastic! We particularly liked the fact that the site is right on the Eider (so no dyke "in front of your nose"). There's always something going on on the water, lots of boats out and about, etc. You can only hear birds all day on the site, no environmental noise... reaches your ears. Very nice operators, the permanent campers there are also very friendly and communicative. The sanitary facilities are no longer the newest, but they are CLEAN! All in all, we liked it very much and will be back.
