The campsite itself is divided into 2 halves.
One directly on the beach and near the pool. The other half is across the road by the playground, dog meadow and football pitch.
We were in the furthest area by the dog meadow - you had your peace and quiet... there and the pitch was nice and big.
But you have to be aware that you have the longest way back to the beach and pool. So it's an 8 minute walk.
The store there was well equipped but the bread rolls are not recommended - big but dry.
The showers were different in the sanitary blocks.
The one at the dog park was a bit annoying to use - there was a button with a sensor, if you were recognized by the sensor then the water ran and if it didn't work you had to stay on the button for the whole shower.
In the evening there were sometimes queues at the showers.
To the beach:
Nice large dog section available.
The beach is also spacious and the sand is great. However, we had a strong swell on one day - a lot of seaweed washed up on the following days - so I would have liked the beach section to be cleaned with a tractor with a rake behind it. But the piles were just left lying around and in the front part of the water they were floating around all the time.
What a pity.
There were also a lot of mosquitoes there, in the playground area it was an ordeal with the beasts. So nothing works here without protection!
What I thought was good was that the evening program also took place on our side. Then it wasn't always so far for us. The entertainment was always in Italian - but that doesn't make much difference with aqua dancing as you copy the moves.
Pool area was not too big but sufficient. There were even diving boards which of course went down well with the kids.

Péter O.août 2025PozitivaVery good pitches, straight lines, obvious borders. The electric connection is very close. The market inside the campsite is good, not overpriced. Good location.NegativaDishwashing opportunities were little far from the pitch.Friendly, calm campsiteA smaller campsite, but without disadvantages. It is easily accesible by car. The pitches are very nice, they have good shape, flat ground, surrounded by bushes and trees. There are only few sanitary blocks, but we always found a free one, so it is enough. The whole place is kept in good condition every... day. Toilets, showers are cleaned. Leaves of the trees are collected. The pool area is open from 10-13 and 15:00-19:30. Dock of Punta Sabbioni if few hundred meters, ships are going to Venice and Burano regularly. The beach is a little further, but only few minutes on bike. The campsite provides free bus tickets to the dock or to beach, but we haven't used them.

We had an e-bike with us, but it is still very difficult to take an air mattress and other things with us. There is a shuttle bus every half hour. It's great but still tied up. Otherwise, I can really recommend the campsite. Beach, very nice, must say, we were traveling with a motorhome so a bit tied to the place shopping facilities👍🏼Definitely take something for mosquitoes - there are more than enough of them 😜👍🏼

The access road to the site itself is easy to reach. The registration area is located directly behind the reception. There is space for about 3 motorhomes or 2 caravans.
The staff were very friendly and spoke English... and German. There was very comprehensive information about the site plan, waste separation, opening times and, of course, Venice. All in all, very detailed.
We had an XL pitch, as our camper van with bike rack at the rear is approx. 8.30m long. Fresh water and waste water facilities were right on the pitch. The chemical toilet was at the sanitary building. There was also a waste water point at 2 sanitary blocks, whereby the one closest to the reception was the most spacious. A small canal ran past the pitch, which was probably used to collect rainwater. Whether it was the standing water or the weather. The mosquitoes were very active at all times of the day.
The landing stage for the vaporettos to get to Venice is about 7 minutes' walk from the campsite. Tickets are available at reception and can only be paid for in cash. The price is the same as at the sales points. The crossing takes about 35 minutes. Tickets for a shuttle bus, which runs once an hour, are available free of charge at reception. But honestly, with a 7 min. walk?
There is a new Lidl a little further away. About 10 minutes by bike. A cycle path leads there. The proximity to Venice is perfect. The water bus (line 14 or 15) takes you to St. Mark's Square in 30 minutes. The staff speak all the usual languages and are very helpful. The beach is 10... minutes away by bike. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated but very clean.
Bicycles are recommended (can be rented)

There's also no noise from the animation or anything.NegativaThe sanitary facilities are ancient, the showers consist of a small cubicle where you have to hang your clothes on the wall, there is no place for disabled people to sit and dry off, washing your hands is in the large, not exactly inviting washroom, but there are no drying facilities. So you have to touch your crutches with wet hands, which is quite slippery. The slope in front of the toilet entrance is very steep, making it difficult to get there. Clearly NOT barrier-free for me! Tearing down and rebuilding would be the best solution! There are no plugs in the sinks...how are you supposed to wash up?Well...not againDefinitely not worth repeating for me. The beach, where the bus shuttle goes, is not exactly the most beautiful...it lacks the certain flair of the surroundings and on the pitch, more of a pitch feeling at the outdoor pool in Germany. The sanitary facilities are grotty, but mostly clean.
