Very disappointed does not deserve its 4 stars
I am very disappointed with this campsite, stay made from August 2 to August 9, 2014. First of all on arriving my father-in-law takes the barrier of cars on the head (no sensor) imagine if it was my 9 year old daughter !!!! ( she would have ended up in hospital ), in short here we are at the mobile home... , the front door doesn't lock .... Great for getting ripped off! Then we put the fridge on ( and yes after 10h of driving, no ice cubes ), we go shopping and come back to put our purchases away and bing the fridge doesn't work !!!! We call Aziz, who comes straight over to change the fridge for us (super person !!!!). To be honest, the entertainment was rubbish (especially for the first week in August), the pool was nice but the paddling pool wasn't heated at all (great for a 2-month-old baby!), the slide was closed from 12pm to 2pm, I don't know why? Sauna: you have to book a day in advance (excuse me, but when I want to go, it's on a whim), so I didn't try it out! Then the campsite shower with cold water! (answer from reception room room on order but repairman on vacation) very, very unwelcoming staff (I'm even shocked), not to mention the wifi (1 code per mobile home, even an 8-person one) and that's crap, you can only get it around reception (not on our mobile home terrace), petanque tournament, no organization, it all depends on whether there are 4 or 50 of us, it's all the same! Fence supposedly closes at 1 a.m. when in fact it closes at midnight! Supérette not in the campsite but on the road side closed from 1pm to 4pm (don't go looking for bread at 1.30pm to eat, it's closed even if on vacation we eat later), we ask about the night markets, we're told anything but that it's every day in Agay, so not at all, even the people at reception aren't able to give us any information about the activities in the surrounding area or even about their own activities at the campsite! Luckily for me, I only paid 525€ with my works council, because at 1400€ (8-person mobile home) it would have been a real pain in the ass to pay that amount! A campsite barely worth 2 stars! Very very disappointed with this campsite! I'll never set foot there again, that's for sure! I hope my comment has helped you!
