Unbelievable behavior from the owner. On the day of arrival we couldn't leave and tried to call countless times. This was impossible as there was no answering machine and no one picked up. Then in the evening we received an email saying it was a total loss! Elsa, the lady of the house, sent us an incredibly... impertinent message accusing me of having stood her up for the second time, saying she would never accept a booking again and that she had "given away" the place we had booked months in advance. WHAT??? To do this to a family about to go on their annual vacation is absolutely inhumane. Even the first time I couldn't get in with my children because of triple the journey time (bad weather and endless traffic jams) although she lives upstairs and I let her know in good time! Since then, we have met many people who have had similar experiences with her. This act was so unbelievably mean and unscrupulous that she should be stopped. Further steps will follow .....

very expensive
Expensive space in a good location
The campsite has a wonderful location right on the lake, but you have to book the pitches in the front row well in advance, otherwise you'll be a long way back. The sanitary facilities are very clean, but there should be a few more toilets. The owner is nice and helpful. However, the price is quite steep,... over 50 euros in the off-season for 2 people for a pitch at the back. The pitches are all very cramped, the place is more like a pitch than a campsite.
The town of Iseo is great, very cozy for strolling and eating out, you can reach it in 10 minutes on foot.

Very nice, small campsite with friendly staff. Super nice welcome in perfect German
Although the campsite is small, we found it very cozy and the view from our own (stone) beach is fantastic. A lovingly maintained site.
The family who run the campsite are extremely friendly and helpful.
The boss/owner... is really very helpful and nice and helped us park our car. The campsite is very clean and family-friendly, Wi-Fi is free and sufficiently fast.
The site has a well-kept lawn and garden, is a park, very clean sanitary building.
The campsite is a little outside of Iseo. By bike 5 min, on foot 10 min.
Highly recommended!

Price, friendliness and much more, see description
Expensive, well-kept complex with a great view and little infrastructure,
A business-like reception, no information material or even a price list was handed over. We were allocated a pitch and the position of our mobile home was precisely determined by an employee who was present. The park-like grounds are really beautiful and there was almost always a member of the operator's... family doing some form of maintenance while we were there. Parceled pitches in different sizes and price ranges, a small pebbly beach and a great view of a gigantic panorama when the view is clear. The sanitary facilities have obviously been renovated, most of the fittings (except the shower) and washbasins are as good as new, painted walls and slatted doors, which however only guarantee limited privacy, create a friendly atmosphere. Of the 4 toilets for men and women, 2 are squat/standing toilets and there is no paper in any of the toilets, not even a place to put your own toilet paper. The 3 urinals for the men were out of order, all showers have no dressing aid in any form, e.g. stool or shelf, but a broom !!!! (no joke) The sanitary facilities are VIDEO MONITORED and this is pointed out, which is not acceptable for us. There is a table tennis table, we did not discover any other play facilities for e.g. children, further infrastructure is limited or non-existent, e.g. no supply and disposal station for mobile homes (service water must be disposed of in gullies on the footpath/driveway), no fresh water taps etc. The campsite is completely unsuitable for families, couples of advanced age and pensioners are more the clientele, during our stay there were obviously many German regular guests on site. On departure, the site must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. It was unusual for us to have to set an alarm clock before continuing our journey. Our conclusion: the camper pays a lot of money for a well-kept pitch, a great view and the proximity to a beautiful place, but that was it, we didn't feel comfortable here at all and made 2 of the planned 4 nights. Oh yes, the price: outrageous for low season and the offer.

narrow pitches
Top place in a prime location with one drawback
CP Iseo is a wonderful little campsite. Every pitch is very close to the lake. The whole site is well maintained and the operators are super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the pitches are very cramped. You are very close to each other, but this makes it easier to get along. With very long caravans... or very large motorhomes, it takes some experience to park here. The operators help out and really know their stuff. I would come here again at any time. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place for you. Party people should look for a different location.

Very well-kept campsite
We stayed at Camping Iseo with our motorhome at the beginning of August 2018. We got one of the last free pitches without a reservation and were given a very friendly welcome. The lawn is still fresh in the time and hardly had any bare spots, also thanks to the ban on laying out the carpet. The sanitary facilities are in clean condition and all in all a small, well-kept site that is only a few minutes' walk from the center.

A little pearl
An insider tip. This great, privately run campsite is located on the already not-so-well-known Lake Iseo. Even if it is quite cramped on the rather small site, care is taken to ensure that you can still see the lake from the second or third row. A very well-kept, almost park-like campsite. Very short... walk to the promenade or into town with lots of restaurants and stores of all kinds. There are just a few little things to bear in mind, such as not using appliances with more than 1000 watts of power and that you should bring your own toilet paper as there is none available in the toilets. Otherwise, this quiet and very well-kept campsite is a clear recommendation! The site and all the facilities are 100% clean and well maintained. Hot showers included and the owner is friendly, always very helpful and speaks several languages! (including very good German).

Too many prohibitions and controls Sanitary facilities not very inviting and excessive light & water settings
Good location but......
We stayed at this campsite for about a week. The location is fantastic, right on the lake and the beautiful town of Iseo is a 5-10 minute walk away. We had a pitch in the first row directly on the lake, the pitches are relatively small, you can just about extend your awning and are quite close to your... neighbor. Awnings are not allowed anyway. The owner couple are friendly as long as you stick to their rules and this is also my biggest criticism. You get the impression that it is primarily about the rules and the needs of the campsite operator and not those of the holidaymakers. Many prohibitions or guidelines in addition to over-optimized settings for water and light (e.g. motion detector for light set to max. 10 seconds). Video surveillance in parts of the sanitary facilities is also not possible. Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities ok but the cleaning lady very unfriendly to rude. The facility is quite dark as it is in the basement and a little outdated.

Rest and relaxation
After being greeted and welcomed in a relaxed manner, we were invited to have a cup of coffee by the lake to really get us settled. A young man from the team then took us to our pitch and gave us expert instructions. The pitch right on the lake was wonderful and the view was gigantic. We had a great... rest and can only recommend the site. The team is friendly, motivated and always in a good mood. You can walk from the campsite to Iseo in about 25 minutes, and you can go on wonderful hikes from the campsite. Thumbs up!!!

WLan could be improved Management of the place may take some getting used to A little fussy and frugal
Small but nice
Just the right campsite for us, a "middle-aged" couple. Beautiful location directly on Lake Iseo, the town of Iseo is within easy walking distance. We were there for the third time in fall 2016, unfortunately the lake pitches were already closed at that time because the lawn was reseeded. Previously... (2010+2011) we had reserved a marginal pitch directly on the lake at Easter and in advance. The pitch is really tight, but with a camper van and awning it's enough for us. For larger families with an awning it gets tight. We love the friendliness of the owners, the cleanliness and the peace and quiet. We also like the fact that you can take drinks from the bar to your own pitch and simply bring the glasses back the next day. Dogs are also welcome. We will definitely be back. The campsite is not suitable for families with teenagers as there are no facilities for them. The pebble beach is very narrow. The car is not parked on site but has a space in the underground garage, which we think is great. The whole site is so well maintained that we really like it. Campers who want more remidemmi or less hassle should look for another site. I don't need hot water on vacation before 7 a.m. and I don't normally shower after 10 p.m., so what's the problem? Wifi was free in the fall, but didn't work all the time.

Owner wants to accommodate guests as much as possible, tightly; no free choice of seats; owner quickly became hectic, unfriendly, overwhelmed;
Owner quickly becomes stressed.
When we arrived after the lunch break, there were six more people waiting, so the owner very quickly lost track, became hectic and very unfriendly. While we were still on the road, the owner checked the length of our camper van with a tape measure in order to allocate us a pitch. The owner was not interested... in the width of the camper van, even though when we opened the side door there was less than 30 centimeters of space to the adjacent tree and lamppost. Objections and other space requests were not accepted. Due to the extremely narrow space allocation, you should bring a lot of time, patience and practice when parking a camper van! The site makes a well-kept impression, but there must still be a rat problem, as neighboring campsites have laid out rat traps.

Wonderful location by the lake
The campsite is tiny and the large motorhomes are crammed in like oil sardines. The location directly on the lake, with its own access to the water, the very clean sanitary facilities in the basement of the main building and the generally very well-kept site make up for this. Stepping into the water from there and swimming a lap with this unique view of the surrounding mountains was one of the best moments of our last vacation in Italy.

Very nice place, unfortunately dishonest owner
The place is very nice and we felt very comfortable during the 11 days there. The bill came literally at the end. The owner claimed that friends of ours had stayed on the site during the day, used the showers and toilets and said that this should be added to our bill, which was not true. We also had... electricity on our bill that we hadn't used (we have solar panels). This behavior spoiled my otherwise very nice stay. I won't be going there again. The water for the showers was not always warm from 7 am, sometimes only from about 9 am.

We only came to this wonderful site because the first campsite in this street was full. We'd never stayed on a pitch for so long before, but we were captivated by the location, the peace and quiet and the cleanliness! The operators are really friendly and helpful. There are plenty of large pitches here. So please note, the 2nd pitch in this street is the best choice!!! We will definitely be back :-))

Never again
As soon as we arrived, we were asked how long we wanted to stay and whether we wanted to leave the pitch with our camper van in between. We were told that our pitch was between other pitches and that the pitch behind us could be rented out during the time we were staying there. We carelessly signed a... reservation for 4 days under the aforementioned information. The pitch was then systematically "packed", with about 20 cm of space at the front and back. When we wanted to leave after 2 days of bad weather, we were shown the small print on the registration form. Minimum stay 4 days, so pay for 4 days. There was no sign of friendliness, no concessions (pay or sit out the 4 days). We were immediately threatened with the police and decided to pay. If we had said we would stay for 1-4 days, we would have been spared the trouble (this is what other CP visitors did). Cashless payment was also not possible due to alleged "technical problems".
