The surrounding Tuscan hotspots are a bit of a drive away.
We were there with our caravan for 5 nights at the beginning of October, at which time only a few of... the already few (12?) pitches were still occupied, and all of them were occupied by friendly people.
The owner Sandro (speaks German) and his wife Daniela are friendly and helpful, they keep goats and poultry and grow very good and tasty vegetables, which you can buy directly from them, as well as eggs, olive oil and wine (if still available). Freshly baked bread is available every morning on request and Daniela offers a highly recommended 3-course meal with wine.
The site is beautiful and spacious, the sanitary facilities are simple but clean and perfectly okay.
In short: highly recommended for anyone who loves camping without unnecessary frills.Automaticky přeloženo.1 kempař označil toto hodnocení jako užitečné. - 1.0PPPing P.září 20211.0PPPing P.září 2021PozitivaNothingNegativaDirections very complicated. Cancellation at short notice despite confirmed reservation.Maze and impudenceWe had booked for 3 days. With the directions and coordinates printed out, we set off. We quickly got lost in the pampas. We had to unhitch the caravan to turn around on the small, steep road. There was no signpost. Nerves were on edge. Then we received a short message from the owner. Only pitches for tents available today. We've never experienced anything like it.Automaticky přeloženo.1 kempař označil toto hodnocení jako užitečné.
- 5.0EWEsther W.srpen 20215.0EWEsther W.srpen 2021PozitivaPure nature, very well-kept, super nice operator family, everything a camper's heart desires, that's how camping should be!NegativaNo disadvantages, except that the vacation is also over there at some pointIdeal campsite for all Tuscany/nature lovers without Ramba ZambaThe campsite is also easy to reach with a long gun and the pitches are large and level.
The reservation was super uncomplicated via Wahtsapp, very flexible, made it all possible for us to get a pitch spontaneously in high season.
The pool is the absolute highlight. Sandro and Daniela have created a real... oasis of relaxation on their farm with great loungers, umbrellas, lawn and shower and a super natural pool that has absolutely clean water that doesn't smell of anything!!!! Great for children too! The sanitary facilities are very clean and good.
You can order bread that Daniela puts in the awning in the morning, pricelessly good, warm and so tasty! We ordered dinner one evening with two other families who were on the site. Daniela cooked and catered, with her own house wine. It was wonderful! The vegetables they grow themselves can be bought straight from the field for very little money. We weren't surprised that unfortunately the wine and oil they produce themselves was already sold out this year. The best thing for our teens, the Welan. Great reception everywhere and stable! Every evening Sandro asked our girls if they wanted to go horse riding, unfortunately our girls didn't want to, but the other kids had great fun with a ride in the vineyards where they even saw a turtle.
The view from the farm is beautiful, you don't hear the road or annoying dogs at night and there is a lot to discover in the surrounding area. Arezzo, Siena and even Rome are within easy reach for day trips and much more.
100 percent camping as I would like it to be, only suitable as a couple, with a family or with several families. A big thank you for the much too short five days!Automaticky přeloženo.2 kempaři označili toto hodnocení jako užitečné. - 5.0MSMargrith S.červenec 20215.0MSMargrith S.červenec 2021PozitivaThe silence The nature The bijou of a campsite The naturalness of the operator Sandro The natural poolNegativaNoneOasis of well-beingThe peace and quiet brings total relaxation.

A place you want to keep hidden, just for yourself. Sandro, the ever jolly owner, made something unique. A limited capacity keeps the campsite relaxed. While Sandro is tending to his organic vegetables, you can swim in the beatifull... swimming pool. Kids can enjoy themselves endlessly! Soccer field, tennis field, toys, a little animal farm, swing or fusball. That's a kids playground! Ride the 2 horses? Yeah, sure. Anytime! Sandro will be running alongside you with a big smile.
Spotless sanitary, a correct laundry service and ample places to visit. He's done a terrific job. It's a pity we're going to leave this place. - 4.0DTDirk T.červenec 20174.0DTDirk T.červenec 2017PozitivaPeace and natureNegativaNo bread rolls ;-)Rest and relaxationThe campsite is well laid out on part of the farm. Operator and farmer Sandro has gone to great lengths to create the necessary facilities and infrastructure. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. There is a clean and beautifully surrounded natural pool. Here you can cool off in the... summer. If you are looking for entertainment, this is not the place for you. However, there are several easy ways to spend your free time on the campsite. Sandro offers free, daily self-guided riding excursions (approx. 30-40 minutes) for children. Sandro jogs in front and the children ride behind. Depending on their progress, either alone or on a rope. Our daughter thought it was great! There are also the happiest chickens I have ever seen. They also pay a daily visit to each camper. In addition to the two horses and the happy chickens, there are also two friendly goats. Our children were not bored during the 4 days of our stay. Sandro now runs the farm on his own. Therefore, the care is not comprehensive (e.g. no fresh bread or rolls on site). However, he is always approachable, friendly and helpful. Shopping facilities can be reached in 1.5 or 4.5 km by bike. Conclusion: A beautiful place with lots of peace and quiet to relax and "ground"!Automaticky přeloženo.Žádní kempaři neoznačili toto hodnocení jako užitečné. Buďte první!

The attentive hospitality of our hosts and the well-kept, spacious grounds with the refreshing natural... pool did the rest. The location of this small farm campsite allows excursions to nearby towns such as Siena, Perugia and Arezzo. However, a trip to the sea takes at least 2.5 hours by car. There are several shopping and eating opportunities in the neighboring medieval towns of Castiglion F. and Cortona. At Il Saregeto you can enjoy fresh, home-baked bread, olive oil and home-grown vegetables and evening rides through vineyards and olive groves on ponies and horses. Just be careful when you arrive!
