We’re truly sorry for the inconveniences you mentioned. Guest safety is a top priority for us, and we... appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of communication during the weather alert. We are currently reviewing our protocols to ensure all guests are properly informed in similar situations.
We also regret that your pitch did not meet your expectations and that noise from nearby accommodations affected your comfort. We’re working to improve the overall layout and atmosphere of the campsite to offer a more peaceful stay for everyone.
