However, we offer our sincerest apologies for the unacceptable lapse in cleanliness regarding your mobile home upon your arrival. Finding... an unemptied trash can and uncleaned restrooms is completely unacceptable according to our hygiene standards. We immediately reminded our housekeeping team to step up their routine checks before handing over each set of keys.
