The only thing I liked about the campground was the low price.

It's extremely noisy because the campground is located on a busy street, and everything looks run-down. The staff doesn't accept mail. The restrooms aren't the cleanest, either. To put it bluntly, the campground is run-down. The best thing about it is the old trees.

Pitches are individual giving privacy and are generous in size. There are two toilet blocks with showers at each end of the site. Plenty of hot water for showering & washing up. Good 16A electric supply and water within a short distance of every pitch. Town with shops within a short walking distance. swimming pool across the road. Very reasonably priced at €24p.n. inc Motorhome, 2 persons, electric & sanitary facilities.

A little difficult to understand the check in procedure. Now I know you are required to check in and pay at the swimming pool entrance and choose your desired pitch and number of days. The assistant only speaks German so a translation is required.

-Spacious parking spaces -Uncomplicated check-in opposite the outdoor pool

-Sanitary facilities unkempt -Sanitary facilities very outdated -Electricity access on the pitches in the middle of the bushes and difficult to reach

The outdoor pool can be used free of charge. Quiet. Quickly in the center of Dannenberg. You can choose your pitch.

Sanitary area could be cleaner.

Close to town 1km. Outdoor pool, cycle paths, lake, good sanitary facilities, which are also clean. Good wifi.

During the day not always quiet through the street, we didn't mind going into town for shopping.

Fencing with hedges. Use of swimming pool.

No kiosk. No bakery.

Location between forest, lake, outdoor pool, old town and Elbe

You have to drive to the beautiful old town to eat. Is that a disadvantage?

Price/performance ratio

Somewhat narrow parceled pitches

Mobile sales trolley.

No bread service, the kiosk in the swimming pool is a joke.

Free outdoor pool
