Tried to pay €25 by debit card for electricity, but the receptionist charged €35—couldn’t be corrected! Had to pay for electricity separately at €0.49 per kWh; in the Netherlands, it’s €0.29.
Shower once a day for 5 minutes—often... cold. Any longer, and you have to pay extra!! Driving in and out, waiting until the receptionist felt like pressing the button.
They don’t see us there anymore; we’ve been there a total of 5 times, but the quality is going downhill.

To find out the following day that there was no swimming pool outside and you wouldn’t give anyone a refund was absolutely disgusting. And after staying... with you for over 30 days without an outside pool we were more than disappointed and wondered why you never told us.
