The touring and camping area overlooks the lake and children's play area. Electric hook-ups are available throughout the touring caravan and camping areas, with night lighting around the park. The lakes provides excellent sport with a multitude of fish to … catch such as Pike,Tench, Carp, Bream, Roach and Perch. Fishing permits are available from the Reception.

From the West and South. From the Humber Bridge follow the A63 through Hull towards Withernsea, turn left at the start of the A1033 towards Preston,turn left at the traffic lights in Preston, then pick up the signs to Burton … Constable. In Sproatley turn left down Park Road opposite the Post Office. From the North. From Beverley take the B1035 towards Hornsea and at the roundabout with the A165 Bridlington-Hull road, follow the Burton Constable sign for approximately 13.5km. Continue past the Hall to Sproatley and then follow the caravan signs turning right down Park Road opposite the Post Office.
