Insufficient hygienic conditions in the sanitary facilities. Cleaning: without tourists once a month, with tourists according to need or complaint. The fresh water connection next to the faeces sink. The (DC) are not allowed to use the sink or draw hot water. Electricity costs are (DC) only charged in KW/h without proof. Most of the dilapidated power lines are only 10 cm below the grass. (A ticking time bomb for playing children or digging dogs?) The pool has been filled in with rubble. There is no children's playground, sports field, path lighting or waste water.
Fresh water next to the faeces sink symbolizes the guests' appreciation.
A small, quiet campsite with good infrastructure. It is located in the middle of a beautiful landscape with panoramic views in the Lipperland.
There is a friendly atmosphere among the campers. Over the decades, permanent campers (DC) have helped to make this site what it is today.
The new operators put... in some work at the beginning to repair the public areas of the campsite. The two brothers (owners) have different goals. Peter, who lives on the campsite, is the contact person with a great deal of empathy.

Eugen, the doer, just as he learned in the Soviet Union. For him, the "$" sign comes first. (DC) and the authorities are a thorn in his side. Investments are out, profit maximization is in.

Expansions were carried out against the requirements of the city of Lage. The city responded with demolition orders.

The costs for the lack of competence are charged to the (DC). 300% rent increase, further drastic increases are announced!
Anyone who leaves here has to give the owner their possessions for a small price. The sale to third parties for further use is generally excluded.

There is no special offer for guests. There are no documents available about the region of tourist interest. There is no hiking trail and the cycle path carries an increased risk. Services such as ordering bread rolls, catering or a small store for necessary items are not available.

The location in Lage is incredibly beautiful. Ideal for hikes on foot and by bike. New sanitary building for the women already built, helpful operators in all situations. It doesn't get any better than this.

New operators are stepping up to the plate!
The site is currently being completely refurbished by the new operators (2 brothers). The sanitary buildings are being completely renovated, the women's area is already finished and of a very high standard. The site is clean and tidy. The operators are always helpful and friendly. Be it that they provide... gas at fair prices, or take time for people looking for a permanent pitch, etc. The site is not for party people. It's quiet and just East Westphalian sober. There are a number of permanent campers there who have designed their pitches in a variety of ways. As a visitor, you can get lots of different ideas and suggestions if you are interested in permanent camping yourself. There are probably still a few permanent pitches available. There are also simple parking spaces for caravans for the winter on the grounds in front of the site. There is a playground in front of the site and an old pool, but it looks a bit outdated. There is also a football pitch. There doesn't seem to be any catering, even without Corona. In any case, I haven't seen anything like that. But that could also be because it's winter. There is no W-LAN on the site. Not even for an additional charge. Maybe this will be changed to appeal more to younger people. Overall, a place for people looking for peace and relaxation.
