No information could be given about catering as the campsite restaurant and the inn opposite were closed on the day we arrived (Thursday). However, a very good restaurant in the neighboring village was recommended.

- Michael S.august 2024Pozitivno- family-run campsite - clean, quiet electricity all-inclusive - Fresh water, waste water and TV at every pitch - no clean swimming poolNegativno- Electricity only 6A, when cyclists charge their batteries in the evening, the voltage sometimes drops - Pitch size at 100 only 65 square meters available, as trees and bushes expand a lot - Restaurant too expensive - Only 4 toilets in total (plus 5 PP) for men, the ladies' facilities are no better, but everything is spotlessly cleanSmall and beautiful - 50plus Campingpark FischingThis was our second time here, 6 years apart. The pitch offers plenty of shade. The 100 square meter pitches are very small, as the bushes and trees are very extensive. The 130 square meter pitches are better.
The TV connections offer all the important channels, but unfortunately the connections are... still the old "analog" ones. However, the staff are happy to help out with complete cables, adapters would have sufficed.
It is very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours. Unfortunately, you have to have e-bikes to enjoy it these days. Otherwise, there are also many destinations in the Mur Valley that are easy to reach by car, including the provincial capital of Graz.
The site is also popular with Dutch campers, who make up around 50% of the occupancy.
The restaurant is too expensive in comparison, but there are alternatives nearby. It is not clear why cash payment is still required here in the digital world.
There are very few toilets and the glasses hardly get cold in the morning.

With the pitches there are pitches with more vegetation... and shade or less - so next time we would like to choose one with less vegetation - then yes more space or switch to a 130m³ pitch mentioned.
