The staff are super friendly and helpful, you feel welcome straight away.
The swimming pool is very nice and the playgrounds are great - ideal for families with children.
One small... minus point: the wash houses could be a bit warmer and occasionally there was a slight smell of drainage.

The Christmas menu in the restaurant "De Schoppe" was great.НегативиProbably unavoidable in this weather, but the meadow was pretty soggy.Top course with indoor and outdoor pool and restaurantThe camping park is located in the flat Achterhoek region not far from the German border near Bocholt. There are rental accommodations and large meadows with pitches. They are equipped with electricity, fresh water, waste water and cable TV. Mobile phone and WLAN reception is now very good.
The site... has an outdoor and an indoor pool, both with water slides. There is a snack bar in the indoor pool. There is also a fitness room in the same building with good weight training equipment, cardio machines and weights.
The restaurant is located next to the indoor pool in an old, beautifully renovated building. For Christmas we didn't have the standard menu, but a special Christmas menu with a choice of several dishes for all 4 courses. Great class!

We always feel very comfortable here, whatever the season.
Our children love the swimming pool with the rainbow slide and the numerous play facilities.
We are also very enthusiastic about the sanitary buildings.
We have always found them to be very well maintained during every stay.

A lot has changed since the owner died. But not for the worse, mostly for the better. The pitches have been redesigned and the construction of the new washrooms has continued. The new wash houses are bright, friendly and no longer separated by gender. This... is no longer necessary because everyone has their own "Badkamer" if they want to wash or shower. When you enter the corridor, radio music plays automatically. There are dishwashing machines that can be used free of charge and are operated without detergent. The small animal zoo was a magnet for the grandchildren, as was the indoor swimming pool with slide. The restaurant "De Schoppe" has also been redesigned, but is just as cozy as before. Super friendly staff. There's really nothing to improve here. We were there for the weekend with two families and children and were all thrilled. Minigolf course dilapidated and uneven, unfortunately not fun to playVery nice place for the familyWe had a very nice vacation at this campsite with our children.
The place was very empty, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. As we were on vacation in the Netherlands, there was an entertainment program which was very good in the app and was something different, but we can't judge that as our children... have no interest in it.
We used the swimming pool (indoor), which is rather small, but the water slide is really great, so you can easily spend 2 hours there. However, I think that when the site is full, the swimming pool is definitely too small!
The site is clean and nicely laid out, the staff are friendly and the sanitary facilities are clean. Complaints here are at a high level. But there are actually a few little things.
1. shelves in the showers for shower stuff etc. would be desirable.
2. the camping fields need to be better illuminated. We needed a flashlight in the evening to get to the sanitary building.
3. we personally really miss the indoor play facilities. We had very good weather in October, we could do a lot outside, but when it rains there are few alternatives, the swimming pool is not big enough.
3. mirrors at the washbasins, as there are no separate washbasins anywhere apart from the bathrooms.
In summer the place is definitely a highlight, as the outdoor pool has much more to offer. We had a really nice vacation, the weather was great and the site was very empty, so you could make good use of them all. However, when it's at full capacity, I think it gets tight at one point or another!
We also used the bowling alley, it's not a technical highlight but we absolutely had fun.
What we can't recommend at all is the mini golf course. The courses are self-made, very pretty to look at first glance. On closer inspection, however, they are very outdated and dilapidated, crooked and uneven and therefore not really playable. This is our 3rd time here and a lot has changed. The sanitary facilities are great.НегативиDogs on the same meadow as small children. Here you have to blame the dog owner who lets his dogs poop in front of other people's awnings at night! Small children then run around barefoot in it the next morning. As at other campsites, this unacceptable situation is increasing from year to year!For the whole familyThe campsite is modern and offers every member of the family a great vacation. Here you can experience something, do sports or just chill out.

The meadow had not been mowed and was full of leaves and small branches from previous fall storms. As the campsite is currently being renovated and will continue to be until the end of next year, it was impossible to enjoy... a vacation for long periods. Every day we were disturbed by the noise of construction machinery. We booked online and were given a very warm welcome.
The whole site seems to be undergoing modernization.
The new sanitary building is very well done. Very modern and showers and toilets with privacy. The rooms are closed and you can't see what's going on in the toilet... next door ;-)
There is a large double washbasin in the shower cubicle.
An unpleasant surprise was the closed supermarket and therefore no possibility to buy bread rolls. Unfortunately this is not mentioned on the homepage.
There are signposted walking routes from the campsite.

The facility is really nice, clean, well structured and the kids can do a lot. You can tell that a lot has been invested here. However, due to the many oak trees and climate change, the oak processionary moth feels very much at home here. Our group had everything... from minor allergic reactions to cortisone infusions, which really spoiled our days.
