Beautifully green space. Lots of trees, lots of bushes. There is a river, a children's fun pool and a swimming lake within easy reach.

Family-friendly, clean and spacious pitches
Ideal for families surrounded by greenery
We spent a week at the campsite with friends and a total of 5 children aged between 1 and 6. Our pitches were very spacious and quiet. The swimming pool and lake are good. You can go for a nice walk around the lakes, hire bikes and go canoeing. The children's entertainment was purely Dutch, although... the entertainers made an effort to speak English, French and German. The activities on offer were varied and fun for our children. The sanitary facilities were very clean and are gradually being renovated. The water temperature in the older ones was extremely variable, but this was not the case in the other house. The shower cubicles were very spacious. Unfortunately no soap at the washbasins.

Nice place but please not in high season
The campsite itself is very large and offers on-site activities for families with children. Peace and quiet are relative and are in the eye of the beholder. Very busy in the high season. Consideration is sometimes a foreign word. We had a premium pitch of a pleasant size. The pitch itself was in the... blazing sun at 40°. There were no trees to provide shade. The fridge in the hut was pleasant, as were the table and chairs. In the hot weather, a larger parasol would have been an advantage. Difficult for dog owners. We always took the car into the woods for a walk. The bathing lake was closed to dogs (very understanding!!), but so was the circular path around the lake. The small local supermarket sells delicious croissants, but is otherwise very overpriced. It's worth a trip to Aldi (5km away).

Quiet place in park-like surroundings by a small river
The site impresses with its quiet (secluded) location and large green pitches under old trees. A small river flows directly past and a large bathing lake with sunbathing lawn is within walking distance. The pitches are well developed, there is a large, modern wash house and an older one. The pitches... and sanitary facilities were very clean. There is a store at the entrance to the site - just for the essentials - and baguettes in the morning, as well as a snack bar. For small children there is a climbing garden, playground, children's swimming pool with slides, for older children a football pitch, a simple volleyball net and canoeing on the small river. The restaurant at the entrance to the village is tastefully furnished in an old barn, the menu and food are decent but quite expensive. Dogs are allowed on a lead at the campsite, but are not allowed at the bathing lake, so you have to walk a little further to walk them. For us it was an idyllic stopover on the way south ...

As a dog owner you don't have many opportunities to go for a walk outside the CP.
Very nice place
A very nice, well-kept site. It's a family campsite where you have to put up with some louder campers, but all in all it's still very peaceful and relaxing. The infrastructure is clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly. The store only sells the essentials but that's enough, the nearest shops are not far away.

Sanitary and price
Prices too high
In a beautiful location, some leisure facilities. The sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired. Old and dirty. The charged price of Euro 56 for one night with Womo and 2 Etw. and 1 child much too high. WiFi must be paid for individually for each person. These excessively high costs are additional.

The site is beautifully situated but that's all! We were on the site with a youth group. In the opinion of the campsite manager, some of the young people had misbehaved. Instead of dealing directly with us as the people in charge, he had his "own" way of reprimanding the young people. Even when we tried... to talk to him afterwards, he was unperturbed and unreasonable. The operator and staff are unfriendly and unwilling to talk. The operator said that he educates his own children in the same way and therefore all other children too! The swimming pool is smaller than shown on the internet, cleanliness is a foreign word. We cannot recommend this place for families with children or for youth groups.

So many people, too much fast food and very bad swimming pool. Our feet were destroyed by the hard concrete which surrounded the pool. and there are no deep areals to swim. The fittingns in the bathroom were terrible, either the water comes our too hard, or its is not poosible to reach the handle. There... was nice cleaning, we stayed one week this july, the cleaning ladies were at the toilets at least twise a day. They never earned 5 stars! the shop is bad, not enought groceries, there is a nice supermarket in Rougemont,

The sanitary facilities were totally dirty. After 2 days I complained and was made out to be a liar. During an inspection there was a heated argument with the staff. I left immediately. I am happy to provide pictures of the sanitary facilities

We have been visiting the site at least once a year for 15 years. Beautiful large pitches, unfortunately no water at any of them. Three lakes invite you to swim, fish and water-ski. Unfortunately, the place is getting more and more expensive. In July 2012 we paid € 395 for 2 adults and a 9 year old grandson... for a week with WW. Too bad, too bad we are looking for a cheaper place for 2013, especially since we pay € 550 for 5 weeks in Spain in the fall.
