My wife and I stayed here with our caravan from June 15th to 19th. We liked it here very much.
The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The path to the water is not far and the water only gets deeper after many meters, which should be particularly interesting for families with small children.

Very poor condition in the off-season
Departed again immediately
We received a very friendly welcome and wanted to stay 3 nights with the caravan. We were allocated 2 areas where we were allowed to choose a pitch. Unfortunately, none of the pitches in these areas were suitable for us because everything looked very "run down". For example, all that was left of the... former lawn was a desert of sand. We didn't even take a look at the sanitary facilities, but turned around straight away and left. Perhaps the site also has some nice areas, but these remained hidden from us due to the allocation.

Beautifully situated, pleasant place for a whole vacation
Campsite is simply to be recommended: - nice staff - always clean, new toilets and showers (small drawback: music selection in the toilet and kitchen area did not meet our approval; techno is not everyone's cup of tea :-) ) - large sandbank with shallow water also suitable for small children - reasonable... price - little insider tip: to the left 20 m from the playground there are two beautiful pitches outside the meadow; you are on your own here, camp right on the beach and no one is in the way of your view of the sea; we spent a wonderful 3 weeks here We would definitely like to come here again. Ps: Only the jetty squeaked from time to time but you get used to it. :-))

Uneven pitches, little space for tourist campers
Beautiful location in the archipelago
This site is beautifully situated in the archipelago! However, the proportion of permanent campers is very high, so that short-term campers can't always find an ideal pitch. However, we were lucky and were able to choose a nice large pitch that was roughly divided by trees. The campsite is quite uneven... overall. I had to put a few more wedges underneath. But the beach is very nice. We recommend excursions to Västervik and by boat to the small island of Hasselö off the coast (be sure to take bikes with you or hire them on site).

Very nice place in great nature
This site has very nice new sanitary facilities and for me is one of the most beautiful on the east coast. It's best to arrive in the morning and secure a pitch with a view of the archipelago. It is a secluded site without much comfort, but has retained its original character.

Beautifully situated on the archipelago. The terrain is partly rocky, uneven on the slope and unparceled. Large, gently sloping sandy beach and children's playground. WLAN in the entrance area for a fee. Good starting point for paddling tours through the archipelago (map available free of charge at the I in Loftahammar). Sanitary facilities unsatisfactory and in poor condition. Quite crowded in high season (due to the lack of pitches)
