I don't know what this campsite is like and never will. I had booked the week of September 8 to 15, unfortunately my husband fell ill in the meantime and we had to cancel. I had already paid everything and, as I had taken out cancellation insurance, I informed the campsite 8 days beforehand that we couldn't... come. Since then, we've been waiting for a refund. We were told that the cheque was to be signed on the 11th, but since then nothing. I've sent e-mails, but no one has replied. I wanted to save this address for another time, but now I don't feel like going there any more, because I don't think it's right to make people wait like this when they've had to cancel due to force majeure.
