Familiar atmosphere and great service.НегативиPine stand brings blossoms and resin dustSmall and fine campsite in the middle of the islandOur 9th time on the site after several years and we liked it again this time. It is the family atmosphere with the excellent service concept of the owner couple. Both are passionate about their work and have gradually optimized and renovated the site. The pitches, some with tall pine trees, provide the... desired shade, but also dirt from the flowers and resin on the trees. The path to the water taps, which are not directly on the pitch, is not a problem. Only the waste water has to be taken to the central sanitary building. The supply of bread rolls and the range of different pizzas/flammkuchen is excellent. The dishwashing room has been renovated and offers hot water at all times. The lower - older - sanitary building was renovated in 2024 and now has a modern ambience In the upper sanitary building there are large (family) showers. The wooden pitch partitions are currently being renewed. Work is constantly being carried out on the pitches for the benefit of guests. The pitches are large and carefully laid out. There is also a good separation between motorhomes/caravans and tents. There are also no large groups.
The sanitary facilities are always clean and adequate.... A great playground for the children and the possibility to borrow table tennis bats must also be mentioned. The Rosenzweig family is very friendly and accommodating. The selection of bread rolls and cakes is large and delicious. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The operator, who has only been running the place for a few years, is doing a lot of new things, but can't invest everywhere straight away. The campsite owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pizzas on offer are delicious, as are the fish dishes from the "Ostseewirt". So nobody goes hungry here.
It was not far from the beach and the town where there are a few shops.
If you like fish, you can get it here on every corner.
All in all, we liked it here very much.
