Very nice pool area. Pitches are nice and large and separated.

We didn't have water and waste water on site. You always need a car to get to the beach. Labels only partly in German.
Camping Sequoia Parc
The campsite is somewhat remote. The access is very good and organized. The entrance area and reception are very nice.

No possibility in the immediate vicinity to walk the dog; no dog beach found within a radius of 30 km.
More expected
Pitches ok so far, fresh water, waste water and electricity directly at the pitch; no opportunity near the pitch to take the dog for a walk. Shopping market is sufficient for limited needs, but could be of better quality. Overall, the site is OK - but I had expected more based on the website; in particular, I thought that not only English and Dutch but also German would be spoken in this category.

Obviously very popular among the Dutch ;-) The site is very clean and well-kept. There is a good entertainment program, but of course it would have been nicer for our boys if it had been adapted to German children. The restaurant on the campsite is fantastic! (Otherwise I am often rather disappointed... by French cuisine.) The prices in the store are absolutely fair, but the selection of fruit and vegetables is really very meagre by French standards (and there was usually a lack of freshness too)! The staff are very friendly, the area (car required!) is really worth seeing (Bordeaux, Ile d'Oléron, La Rochelle...). Unfortunately, the campsite is not directly on the water, but there are some beautiful beaches not far away! Attention: Don't forget mosquito repellent (preferably Antibrumm forte)!

Very nice and clean campsite, with plenty of leisure facilities. There is also an entertainment program, but mainly in English or Dutch. There is a mini club for the little ones. The pitches are nice and large and mostly separated by hedges. A rating between 4 and 5 stars is appropriate, but unfortunately this is not possible here.
