    Ideal for biking and hiking
    We stayed here for 2 nights; the place is ideal as a starting point for hiking and mountain biking. We were impressed by the friendliness and commitment of the operator.
    The campsite is located directly on the railroad line, but as there are only a few trains, the noise is bearable. We would stay here again.

    Price / performance is not right
    We were only at the campsite for 1 night and were lucky with the pitch (shade) but the infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired. No lockable cabins with washbasins, only 2 showers for which you have to buy 1 token, no garbage can in the washing-up area, waste has to be disposed of for a fee. In addition, the train track is right next door, the noise of the train is unpleasant. For us, the price/performance ratio was not right.

    Wedged between the Saane and the railroad
    In view of the rather positive reviews, we were very negatively surprised by the reality: narrow and squeezed between the river and the railroad line, the caravans are barely a bearable distance apart, tents are relegated to ridiculous "scraps" right next to the railroad track. You have to (not) have seen something like this ...

    Sehr schöner Camping, direkt am Fluss
    Wir haben den Camping als Etappenort auf unserer Wochenende-Fahrradtour benutzt. Er ist super schön gelegen, sehr netter Empfang. Das Dorf Saanen mit zahlreichen Restaurants ist in Fussdistanz.

    Very nice, friendly and courteous campsite operators. The site and the sanitary facilities are very clean. Located directly between the Saane and the railroad. You can sleep quite well with earplugs. We would come here again.
