More than friendly
Discovered by chance, hidden in the forest on the edge of the village. Inexpensive, clean and very friendly if you don't have high expectations. Pitch between trees that are resinous and often visited by pigeons (bird droppings on car and tent). Changing evening program in decent volume until 0:00. Many... Dutch, French and Spanish (many Europeans from Germany) Germans in the minority, but this was not a problem, many could speak German, even the reception was staffed by a friendly German-speaking lady, otherwise our school English helped. Both wash houses were cleaned regularly, but the older one was clearly in need of investment. The missing toilet seats and the shower doors cut off at the bottom took some getting used to and were not up to date. The constantly supervised and clean pool was the highlight for the kids, both playgrounds were clean and well attended, children's entertainment was used (in English and Spanish). Drive to the beach, about 5 minutes, parking available but chargeable, alternatives were shuttle bus and bicycle. Shopping facilities on the site were ok but not particularly good value (as was the restaurant (paella €9), alternative supermarkets in the village but expensive. All in all the place was ok for the price, but what is not ok is the price for wifi, also 6,-€/day for electricity we found not ok.
