Beautiful and quiet location
The reception was friendly. The site is characterized by permanent campers. We were given a nice, large pitch on the edge. Electricity connection with CH plug. Water tap nearby. Sanitary facilities in the basement of the reception building. Everything is old, but in good condition and clean. There is a cozy restaurant, but it was not in full operation due to Covid. Bread can be ordered.

We stayed at Le Bivouac during the high season with two small children. In summary, this is a very quiet campsite and very reasonably priced (for Switzerland). Positive elements: + great location for Vevey (10 mins), Montreux, the ski areas of Les Paccots. + Really good price (about CHF 35 per night)... + quiet + although pretty full with 'Dauercampers' (permanent residents), this actually meant that it was really quiet + great children's facilities, especially those under the age of say 6 (sandpit, swings, small pool) + very friendly warden + water tap nearby + very large pitch (100sqm?) - What was not so good were the showers - just not really enough pressure, and sometimes not that hot. Toilets though are clean. - There isn't a restaurant, more of a bar. In summary: recommended.
