Ideal place for a stopover
if you travel to France via Belgium. Unfortunately no tenant for the restaurant. OK for one night.

Wide view of the landscape
La Paille-Haute campsite near Boiry Notre Dame (not far from Arras) is situated on a gentle slope. If you stand in the front row, you have a wonderful view over the rolling hills with meadows and valleys. Our motorhome was parked on a flat meadow with a few trees providing some shade. The registration... desk was friendly. The electrical connection worked without any problems. There was also a bread roll service, the baker came at 9.30 am and honked his horn. The only thing to criticize were the sanitary facilities. There was a peephole in my shower partition at chest height and hip height to the neighboring cubicle. I don't like that at all, especially as the shower and sanitary facilities were shared by men and women. This is often the norm in France and nothing special. However, I can't get used to the "peepholes".
