The campsite is actually advertised as child-friendly. Each field has its own playground so that children can play without worrying. Unfortunately, however, this becomes a danger for your small child due to... permitted scooters, which travel at speeds of more than 30 km/h. We had to protect our seating area in front of the caravan with bicycles, because our child was almost killed by older children driving/racing across the field on scooters,
over 20 to 30 km/h, almost
was almost hit by a car. No sign of recovery. Unfortunately, our car was also damaged and nobody did it!!!

The pitches with the playgrounds were great so you could watch the kids from your chair. The indoor pool, playground and staff were also top👍🏼.НегативиThe showers in the indoor pool didn't even stay on for 2 seconds. You had to keep the button pressed permanently, which made showering with a small child impossible. And although there were great children's showers in the shower house, the adult showers only had lukewarm to cold water all the time. The place was almost deserted from Easter Monday because the Dutch had no more vacations. That's why there was no entertainment in the 2nd week and the train didn't run. But that didn't... bother us. The playgrounds are great and special highlights are the raft pond, the ruins for climbing and the indoor play world, which even the 11-year-old found really cool. We can also highly recommend the pancake house at the front entrance. The wash houses are a bit older but they were always clean. The swimming pool seems to be more for younger children. We didn't even look at it.

Not too far away so that we could be there in an emergency etc. We had already looked at the site in advance and the children were also enthusiastic. WC facilities were always clean, in good condition and... looked modern, no coins for showering and you have a nice view outside when washing up. Plenty of space per pitch, but you should be careful which pitch you choose as you don't have sun all day. The playground equipment we saw was in good condition. Within a radius of 10 km you will find Aldi, Lidl, Albert Heijn, Action, Toverland and also a camping outfitter in case something breaks or you need something else. For us it was the tap. Our boys (twins) are 7 and had a lot of fun. Outdoor pool, space to play soccer or badminton, indoor playground, delicious fries, mini golf, and and and We liked it so much that we booked three weeks during the vacations. Unfortunately, we lacked a hairdryer, soap, hand dryer or paper towels in the sanitary building. Beautiful dishwashing houses with a view of the site. The pitches are generously sized, with a good meadow and trees surrounding several pitches (about 15 each). The sanitary buildings are always clean and the flushing facilities are bright. Unfortunately, despite the warm weather - around 23°C - the outdoor pool... was closed. It only opens in July and August. Not all the staff at reception speak German. They also work very slowly. If, like us, you have to go to reception several times because the barrier card is constantly not working, you are more than a little annoyed. The indoor pool is small. The sanitary facilities are also too small when fully occupied. You can tell that the campsite is getting on in years. A little maintenance, a new coat of paint here and there, would do the overall picture good. For example, the one table tennis table is cracked and many mirrors or tiles in the sanitary building are cracked. One positive aspect is the peace and quiet you can enjoy on this site. The campsite was therefore quite empty. It was great that there was still plenty of children's entertainment (in Dutch) outside the main season. The children especially liked the mini disco and the Beringerzand Express... (train). The indoor playland, the outdoor stage, the indoor pool and the outdoor pool were also great for the children. In the high season, however, I see the problem that the outdoor pool in particular is very small for the many pitches and possible day visitors. In the low season it was perfectly adequate. For our toddler, it was nice that both pools also have a baby pool. What we found particularly positive was the really enormous size of the pitches and the fact that there is a small playground on each pitch. What was less good was that our actual pitch neighbors set up their tent on our pitch and that there were two Rottweilers on our pitch. The dogs were on a lead, but you have to be very careful, especially with toddlers, that they don't get too close to the animals. As we didn't want the neighbors to have to take down the whole tent again and there were still lots of free pitches, we simply changed pitches in consultation with reception, even though we unfortunately had to give up our lovely shady spot directly opposite the play equipment as a result. However, after we complained, someone came straight away to remove the items. However, we were shocked by the statement that this is normally only cleaned once a season, as the campers themselves are responsible for this. Considering the price (€117.50 for a weekend for a family of five including a baby outside the vacation season), I don't think this is appropriate. Fresh paint would also be good in some places, as some things were quite weathered. We were also surprised that there was no soap and no hand dryers in the sanitary facilities (except in the indoor play area). Nevertheless, we will be very happy to come back, as the children really felt very comfortable and there is a lot on offer for them. Apart from the cleanliness in one place or another, we adults also felt very comfortable, especially because of the spacious pitches.Автоматично преведено.
