The site is idyllically situated on a small river with crystal-clear water. You can see the fish swimming. Really beautiful. :) It really is a paradise for children. There is plenty of play equipment and access to the water is shallow and clean.НегативиThe sanitary facilities are outdated, but very clean. In the evening it was sometimes very loud due to loud voices and music. But that was probably just my bad luck and isn't always the case ;)Cute little place - great for kids !!!My children and I would love to come back again.

The site is very quiet with no action or entertainment.
Simply a place to unwind and escape the stresses of everyday life.
Everything is very well-kept and clean.
The site has several great jetties right on the Schwentine.

A very nice small campsite close to the town, directly on the Schwentine river with a connection to Dieksee and Kellersee. The two sanitary blocks have the charm of the late 70s and early 80s. Nevertheless, they are well-kept and clean. 0.50 € pieces... for the nice ones are obligatory.
We felt very comfortable on the pitch.
Unfortunately, the WLAN is not available on the site and the reception opening hours are very strange: 8:00 am to 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Beware, the access road can be narrow.

The sanitary facilities were always clean, but they were getting on in years, a bit cold and you need €0.50 to shower! Which I don't think is quite up to date and annoying. The sanitary facilities (including cooking facilities and sinks) are very clean and are cleaned regularly. Canoes/kayaks, fishing boats and SUP boards can be put into the... water directly at the site. The launching points are also suitable for children to swim in. It has its own access to the river and is therefore also interesting for canoeists. As the river has no significant current, even small children can get into the water here.
