Toilets ok-ish.НегативиI didn't much like that the customer service is on a level that would have never worked in any if my businesses.Do not trust email communications with TAIGA !Be aware if you book (or think you book) an ACSI-rate pitch!
Contacted TAIGA Delta de l'Ebre by email Sunday night and asked for a vacant ACSI pitch.
Got an answer by email Monday morning, telling us we could “just come”
Replied to that during the day and informed them that we would arrive between 1800... and 1900.
So.. We arrives at 1830.
(Drove 300km, passed 3 other campsites that we had turned down..)
And the girl in the reception can tell us that they have “no more vacant ACSI pitches”
But – we had confirmation by email?
And you didn’t tell us that we would have to book to secure an ACSI-rate ?
And by the way; didn’t our email communication count as “booking” ?
Maybe you should charge us the ACSI rate anyway, since this is sort of your fault?
Nope!
Didn’t matter!
We had to pay near double rate, for a pitch that is ALMOST IDENTICAL to their “ACSI pitches”
The next day (We booked 2 nights, and got the ACSI rate for day #2) we had to move(!)
Move 10 meters, to an ACSI pitch, again Almost IDENTICAL to our “old” pitch.
But to the review: (0-10)
Customer service: Obviously: 0
Toilet facilities: 7 (Clean-ish, but irritating showers)
Pitches: 5 (ok-ish, sand / gravel)
Minimarket: 5 (Small but have most essentials.)
Pools: 7 (Looks nice, haven’t been there yet, been too busy moving and being irritated ;-) )

J M.март 2025Позитивни-Негативи-Beautifully situated site, between the sea and nature reserveBeautifully situated, relatively small campsite, right by the sea, overgrown with mature trees. Wash house, reception and restaurant are new. Quiet location despite proximity to the highway. Reception very friendly. Pitches are currently (March) being renovated and provided with water connections. Very... small but well-stocked store on site with baguettes from 8.30 am. The restaurant is rather average. In summer there is a pool, playground and sports field. The campsite is surrounded by fields, partly a wet nature reserve where you can watch flamingos and red-crested pochards!
The town with its harbor, restaurants and 2 Spar markets is easy to reach on foot and by bike along a beautiful promenade.
In March there was a persistent, impressively strong surf, which caused a lot of damage to the shore directly in front of the campsite.Автоматично преведено.- Corinna H.декември 2024ПозитивниSpace, pitches, friendliness of the staff, shop on site, bike rental, cleanliness of the sanitary facilities,НегативиNothingGreat place with large pitchesWe were at the Taiga Delta de l`Ebre for the first time in December. We loved the place from the very first moment. The reception staff were very friendly. As the site was not yet full, we were allowed to choose a pitch. The pitches are all large enough and well maintained. The sanitary facilities are... also very clean. However, if some guests are too embarrassed to pick up a toilet brush, it's not the site's fault if the toilets are no longer clean shortly after cleaning. During the time we were there, the toilets were cleaned three times a day and there was nothing to complain about.
Also worth mentioning is the small store at the campsite, which is very nicely furnished and has everything you need.
The restaurant looks great, but we didn't visit it and can't say anything about it.
There is a fenced area for dogs. There is a great playground and a sports field for children.
To the beach you have to walk about 200 meters, to the center of the village l`Ampolla it is about 1 km.
