The site is well maintained and well thought out.
We recommend bringing bicycles and scooters. As it is partly spacious. Service responded quickly and helpfully to any problems.

The lake is too small for the mass of people at some point, gets extremely churned up. The wild ducks are the only ones who spread some "dirt" on the beach. Sommerland Camping is wonderfully designed, beautiful large pitches. Children... get their money's worth.
For me personally, it was a bit of a hassle to pay for everything separately. Unfortunately, this quickly adds up to a crazy total (swimming pool, trampoline, indoor playground, fitness room). Here I would like it to be cheaper for South Sea campers or a little more all-inclusive. Too bad the climbing forest was not open.
The mini golf is great and was fun.
The internet is an absolute disaster and is a great reflection of digitized Germany. 0.8mbit, so you can check emails with difficulty. And that was it.
Without Wi-Fi, it's difficult if you have set up the caravan for streaming, for example, or need the Internet for work. Not all devices can establish a connection to the WLAN as a separate confirmation is required.
If you don't have to be on a budget, there is absolutely everything you need. The site is a paradise for children: Adventure playgrounds, entertainment programs, a climbing park and the great fun pool "Aqua Mundo" are guaranteed to keep boredom at bay. There is also plenty for adults to discover - from bike hire and wellness facilities to a wide variety of restaurants.
The sanitary facilities were modern and were cleaned regularly. We would also like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back!
