Positiva
Peace and quiet, beautiful pitches, exceptional friendliness and courtesy, location by the sea, ferry-friendly opening hours, atmosphere
Negativa
Stony, rapidly sloping beach
Peaceful idyll near the harbor
We arrived at this little idyll after the ferry was late for sunset and were given a very friendly welcome (reception moves to the restaurant in the morning and evening). There were still a few free pitches right by the sea under tall eucalyptus trees. The place exudes peace and comfort. As the restaurant... was about to close and we were hungry but wanted to go to the sea first, the food was delivered to our tent! That's what I call hospitality! The owner, a German expatriate with her Greek husband, is very empathetic and concerned about the well-being of her guests. The site as a whole makes a well-kept impression. The sanitary facilities are large for the site and clean; there is toilet paper in the lower toilets by the restaurant, but not in the upper ones. Beach shoes are highly recommended for swimming, as the beach is very rocky. It also drops off quickly - be careful with children. The peace and tranquillity of the site is heavenly. We used it as a temporary spot, but would certainly have felt at home for longer! Thank you for this great start to our trip to Greece!

Direct access to the sea. Invites you to relax, with a charming taverna and delicious food. Toilets and showers are clean at all times.
Negativa
The nearest supermarket is approx. 2.5 km away. The path is hilly. But for us it was no problem with ebikes.
Family-run campsite with sea access
For us, a fantastic place right by the sea. We had a very good rest and a very good meal. The welcome is very warm.
We would love to come back.

Beautiful campsite
We were here in August 2020 with two adults and two children due to the proximity to the ferry it was a nice start to our vacation and we had a wonderful, sufficiently large place in the second row by the sea. The friendly operators speak German and English, among other languages. We ate well in the... taverna at a fair price. The sanitary facilities were simple but very clean. Without your own vehicle, shopping or excursions are hardly possible and we would very much like to come back.

Positiva
Directly on the water, close to the ferry
Negativa
Probably very narrow and full in HS
Nice (transit) place
Beautifully situated on a quiet bay. But don't forget your bathing shoes (stony). Through traffic because of the proximity to the ferry in Igoumenitsa. Sanitary facilities o.k. But sometimes all hot water. Staff friendly and helpful. If you have a caravan, it is better if it is not too big, preferably with a mover and a strong towing vehicle due to the steep driveway.

- Camping almost in the water - The man .. who does it all .. camps you, serves you at the tavern, repairs the facilities, collects the services
Negativa
- rather few sites with the advantages described above - lack of water source at camping sites
A great place to camp by the sea
If you want to have water, a place to sleep, the sound of the waves, shade on the beach, kids and ... beer nearby, it's an ideal place...

A CP to our taste. Even from the 2nd row the view of the crystal clear water. Clean site, friendly owners. Peace and relaxation. Close to the ferry port, we enjoyed the last days of our vacation.

Friendly welcome, close to the ferry port, large pitches right on the water,
Family-run course
It was our second time at this campsite and we always liked it very much, you are welcomed like family. There is a restaurant where the dishes are cooked by the grandmother, the son and his wife (German) run the restaurant and pitch. The pitches are mostly directly on the water with natural ground, mostly... free choice of pitch. The proximity to the ferry port is decisive, approx. 8 km, as the ferry to Ancona leaves at 11.59 pm, so you can stay on the pitch until the evening.

Very quiet site 11km south of Igoumenitsa. The site is very clean, as are the sanitary facilities. The taverna next door serves delicious, reasonably priced food in a family atmosphere. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts and swimmers.

Close to the ferry, quiet location, absolutely clean, super friendly and helpful
Negativa
No mini market on site. Small beach rather unsuitable for small children
The perfect start to your vacation
If you are coming from the Igomenitsa ferry, this is the ideal starting point. Don't let the ADAC guide mislead you with the steep descent of 800 meters. This is really no problem, especially as 2 cars can easily pass each other. We are traveling by camper van and boat. The family-run campsite is excellent,... small but clean and everyone is super friendly. If you come by boat and camper van like me, there's no problem - the boat is slipped directly onto the beach with the pickup. The pitches are partly shady and partly covered with nets. The location is absolutely quiet, the small beach is very clean. It is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The town of Igomenitsa is about 8 km away. The toilets and showers are very clean and have 24-hour hot water. If you want peace and quiet or, as I said, are looking for a starting point for other activities, this is the perfect place. If you want to know more just write me an e-mail [email protected]

Good CP in the low season. We were there for 4 days and used the site as a base for cultural activities. You have to buy a code for the internet for 24 hours. The beach is narrow. You had to leave the water running for a very long time to get hot water for showering.

Camping is one of the best and nicest located on which I have been so far. Peace, quiet, full relaxation by the Adriatic Sea. The campsite is located a piece from the road leading to the larger village of Plataria or Igoumenitsa (you go down to the campsite). You can't hear passing cars so we don't have... the discomfort of someone driving over our heads. Very nice and friendly staff. You can easily talk in English with the owner. Upon arrival we had 4 plots to choose from. One by the sea, 3 more in the depth of the field. Sanitary facilities are clean and well-maintained. You can use refrigerators and kitchen equipment (pots, pans, kettles) at no charge. There is free internet access next to the kitchen. Electricity is located near each plot. You should have your own extension cord to connect to the box and bring electricity to your parcel. The owner very polite and friendly. As part of the fact that we are a large family ( 5 people) he allowed us to use the neighboring parcel, which was vacant at the time of our vacation and in one price we had full comfort and super rest on two parcels. The campground has its own rocky beach with clean and warm water. It is necessary to have swimming shoes, as there are sea urchins. There is a possibility to launch a boat or other such equipment on the field. All in all, this is super Camping at a super price with super conditions. I recommend.

It can get a bit crowded in the VS. Nevertheless, it is nice to be there. Smaller campers have an advantage and everything is clean. - It was too crowded for us on the return journey.
