Good place for a stopover
We used this place as a stopover for one night on our way back to the ferry. The location is unbeatably convenient, right on the Via Baltica. Checking into the hotel was easy and the hotel restaurant is highly recommended! However, some other things left a lot to be desired: the sanitary facilities were... located in 2 containers, there were no flushing facilities, the street was loud and clearly audible, and there was party music from the neighborhood until the early hours of the morning (it was Saturday). Conclusion: A very good location for an overnight stay, otherwise not recommendable.

Camping behind the dune
The hotel (24-hour reception) with a large camping meadow directly behind the dune is ideal as a transit site. It is signposted directly on the "Via Baltica", but is just far enough away from the road not to hear it - well-kept green areas - sanitary containers disguised as wooden houses, which are clean... - no dishwashing facilities - the beach is great and very uncrowded. - Good restaurant with breakfast buffet in the hotel. Conclusion: A good place to take a day's break on the beach.
